One bedroom is on the first floor, perfect for those who choose not to climb a flight of stairs. Right next door is a full bathroom with a large custom shower.

Outside you’ll love our custom designed outdoor travertine patio surrounding the not-to-be-missed in-ground pool, complete with a new Polywood table, swivel chairs, lounge chairs, and Adirondack chairs. Saint Augustine beach, is known to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further south, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed on the beach. St. Augustine city center, less than a half mile of the house, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!
