Casa Coquina offers a uniquely central location for your visit to the nation's oldest city. Located directly across from The Conch House Resort/Salt Run Waterway and walking distance to many restaurants & entertainments, this clean, quiet home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living room, Florida room & outdoor patio with BBQ grill. Brewery lights in the trees over the large outdoor dining area. We are a 2-minute drive to Historic Downtown and 5-minute drive to our beautiful beaches. The huge tree-shaded yard is completely fenced in for child/pet safety and total privacy.
The home sleeps 6 but is more comfortable with 4 guests as the third bed is the sleeper sofa in the main living area. We welcome responsible pet owners. Please add your pet to the reservation as there is a $25 pet fee per stay.
Garage and driveway parking available. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Enjoy!

Casa Coquina is a lovely cottage in St Augustine. So close to downtown but tucked away in a quiet area. The house had everything we needed and the host couldn't have been nicer. It was great having a restaurant and marina right across the street. We will definitely go back and stay here again!

Cottage is very clean, spacious and well stocked. Backyard is a large secure pet paradise! Area is quiet and friendly. Our hosts were very responsive and provided excellent guidance. Check in and out was a breeze. Would certainly reserve this spot again!

The host was on point with communication. The place was immaculate, cozy, and in a great location. We would stay there again -- and highly recommend this rental. May be the best VRBO I've rented. And -- while we didn't stay long enough to use them, the patio and backyard were also lovely.

Property and host were wonderfully pet friendly. Our little dogs especially loved the spacious fenced yard. The house was very clean, in a convenient location, and had everything for us and our pets. The host made check in and out easy and we hope to return to this property when we next come to St. Augustine.

The rental was so easy and we received everything we needed on time. The house and amenities were excellent. It was very clean and very comfortable. My little dog especially enjoyed the large fenced in yard.

Great stay in St. Augustine

We booked our stay here for a weekend stay so we could go to the Night of Lights and we had a great time. The location was perfect for the 4 adults in our party with our dog who really enjoyed the huge backyard. Check in was simple and the accommodations were great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Perfect vacation location

Cleanest house I’ve ever rented, perfect yard for our small dogs, nicely appointed amenities and reasonably prives. We would and will book with them again.
