We had a great stay! The place is very clean which is impressive for a beach condo. The location is amazing and the beach view from balcony is amazing! We will definitely be back

Wonderful Visit

Condo was as pictured in VRBO and all amenities were accurately described. The view was outstanding and we enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each day.

Wonderful Condo

Couldn’t ask for more! Breathtaking view of the Gulf, especially at sunset. So nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down. The condo was very clean which is very important to us. The location is excellent in the quieter part of the island but just minutes to John’s Pass to the South and Clearwater to the North. Highly recommend!

The view is spectacular!

great location for some R & R. The condo is clean, and the view is awesome. Did I say the view of the water is awesome? Only suggestion to add more seating to the balcony so that everyone can enjoy the view from morning to night. Only two high top chairs. Great communication with the owner. easy check-in.

Sun and fun.

We had a relaxing staycation. The place was very clean . The only problem was the elevator wasn’t working and staying in the 5th floor it was a workout every day. I had a knee replacement and it was very difficult for me up and down the stairs every day . The owners were very nice and the communication with them is easy.Definitely we will stay again .

GREAT BEACH CONDO

We just checked out of our stay here and didn’t want to leave. The condo is extremely spacious and right on the beach…. What more can you ask for? The condo has everything you need including beach chairs and beach towels. It’s clean, comfortable and the VIEW??? ooh la la the best!!! We can’t wait to return!!! Thank you Jenna!!! ❤️

No rest.

Construction going on, not able to rest☹️ to much noise😟 cement from roof on car,elevator being held by construction crew, forced to take the stairs to the 5th floor, patio door needs to be lubricated.

Property and Unit Maintenance

Tender loving care needed for the bldg, prop and unit. Appliances needs such as microwave and fridge due to doors. A lil better cleaning needed for room smell especially on all carpeting pieces. The greatest of the location is the beach access that is right there and peaceful.

What a wonderful relaxing stay

We had two weeks here. The condo was exactly as advertised. Comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. It was directly on a white powder sandy beach. Breakfast on the balcony in the mornings was a treat. Sunset each evening was beautiful from the balcony too. Every day was a beach day thanks to the provided beach chairs and umbrella. We did find one of the beach chairs to be broken on our arrival but we replaced it and left it behind for others to use. We probably could have reached out to the management company for a replacement but we didn't bother. There were several restaurants in walking distance. The kitchen was well supplied for making meals as well. We would happily stay here again.

Awesome place and vacation

We had a wonderful time in late July here. The walk to the beach was so fast, it was amazing. The condo was clean and stocked and the balcony was were we spent most of our time when we were there. Also, I was so happy you had a fan as we would bring that out onto the balcony to keep us a little cooler. Great restaurants from Clearwater to St. Pete's. The only thing that might need an upgrade to is the mattress. Maybe a memory foam pad over it, we could feel the springs a little. The elevator is a bit of an adventure and after a family got stuck on it one night on our floor and the fire department had to be called we decided to take the stairs. There are 71 I believe and for us it wasn't a big deal. Definitely would stay again.

Great Indian shores location

Everything was great, beautiful condo, well equipped, comfortable. The information regarding check in was wrong however, it Indicated a Coldwell Banker office open 10 -5 on Saturday, however, that place is no longer the name of the business, and the office was closed. We luckily saw one of their workers outside the door, just closing up at 330ish, who directed us the the area for after hours check in. The company is now Sothebys, so the Indy should be corrected for future renters. In addition, the code for the lobby door wasn’t always functional, and other renters said they had trouble too. Came to find out the next day, the bundle of keys we were given while none of the keys fit any doors, there was a fob that opened the lobby door. Clearer directions would have helped. Other than that, it was a lovely stay!!

Nice for the price!

Budget Friendly! Great view and oh so close to the beach, which was nice. I know I hate to lug all the beach items a far distance in dry sand that is already difficult to walk on. If all you want to do is go to the beach this is the place for you. The bed was not comfortable and the light in the master bedroom didn't work, but we made do with the lamps just fine. Neighboring units were quite noisy, but that is not a negative remark on this unit as you can't control who your neighbors are. I wasn't too thrilled with the water not working at the unit where you wash your feet off before coming back upstairs, but I think that is a property maintenance issue. The unit was nice and very well stocked. Perfect for a couples getaway. We ate at several local restaurants including PJ's Oyster Bar, Salt Rock Grill, Broken Bored, Jake's Costal Cantina, Beach Pizza, and played put put twice. Salt Rock Grill was within walking distance, delicious, but pricey. Reservations are a must at most places without having to wait in a long line.
