Two-bedroom bungalow - Old FL Cottage - Gulf Side - Ground Level

Step back in time and experience the timeless charm of Old Florida in this original Indian Shores beach cottage. Full of character and coastal allure, this gulf side gem captures the essence of relaxed beach living, with a laid-back vibe that encourages you to slow down and savor the sunshine. This quaint cottage home is located right off the Gulf of America surrounded by native Florida pine trees. The water, white sandy beach and breathtaking sunsets are just steps away. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The cottage has all the comforts of home including internet and 3 smart tv's. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make 3 meals a day, but you probably won't want to with so many great restaurants nearby.

With a designated parking space next to the cottage, it's perfect for honeymooners, retired couples and folks wanting to unwind without a crowd around. No steps to enter, no elevators, no shared amenities. (There is a 3" step inside the cottage from the kitchen to the hallway the makes the cottage not qualify for wheelchair accessibility.)

Everything you need for a fun, relaxing day on the beach is provided - beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small cooler, beach towels.

Please note the no pets and no smoking policy. You will be charged for any damages caused by you or your guests.

The cottage exceeded our expectations! We loved that the beach was walking distance from the back door, basically, step outside. Beach was private, as the vacationers in the condos tended to stay in front of their buildings. We LOVED it!

We had a wonderful time here. It was a perfect spot. Everything you could ask for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, beach wagon. I will definitely book here again. Perfect for girls trip.I almost forgot how peacefully quite it was.Thank you, Clarissa

By far our favorite VRBO stay so far. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. Perfect walking distance to the beach and driving distance to everything we love to do in the area. Will definitely book again!

The home is well kept and has everything we needed for an excellent stay at the beach. While not directly beachfront, there is a very short path to reach the beachfront. Chairs and umbrellas made for a comfortable day at the beach. The kitchen and grill had everything we needed to cook meals. Our hostess had excellent communication with us throughout the stay.

This cottage is everything we have ever wanted! A private place with all the extras included. The Host communicated very well and check-in and departure was a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Old Florida cottage surrounded by mature pine trees. The cottage was spotless, well appointed, and very easy to settle into, and it was only a few steps from the beach! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, but we occasionally took advantage of a few restaurants within walking distance. Sue, the host, was very responsive to the few questions we had. What a great find!

Cute cottage

This cottage was perfect for my family of 4. It was very clean, had everything we needed & a very short walk to the beach. The owner was always quick to respond to my questions. I would recommend this cottage to everyone staying in the area & we will definitely stay here again.

Loved this spot! Small cottage tucked in amongst some trees and other rentals. Felt very private. Direct access to beach with a larger house also on the property. Very clean. Perfect for a small family wanting a little beach getaway. They also have beach chairs and toys and various other beach related items so you don’t need to bring anything like that. Highly recommend!

Cozy cottage

We stayed for a week here. The location was great. Couldn't ask for a better host. She was very responsive. Very short walk to the flat beach. The cottage was very clean and supplied very well. We would recommend this place and hope to be back next year.

Perfect place for a relaxing beach vaca

This is the 1st time hubby & I took a vaca where all we did was RELAX. This is the perfect place- they give you everything you will need to chill on the beach (umbrella/chairs) and it’s only a few feet away! Great views, restaurants and shopping close by. We stopped at a grocery store & stocked up so we barely had to leave. Highly recommend

A postage stamp of old Florida

This property is gorgeous! Lots of trees, beautiful plants, right on the ocean. The beach is awesome. They have all the equipment you need to make a day of it. The bungalow is clean and well stocked . I hope i can return soon❤️⛱️
