HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This newly renovated home overlooking the Robert Trent Jones golf course offers a great layout and awesome outdoor space for the entire family. With three bedrooms and three bathroom, this house offers plenty of space for you and your family.
With large gathering space and open floor-plan, this home is great for your next getaway! The beautifully decorated living room gives off an airy, coastal feel with its vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows for natural light and classic, nautical décor. There is a flat screen TV, two sofas, and two armchairs, offering plenty of seating for everyone! The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beverage center with beverage/wine refrigerator & stand-alone ice maker, eat-in bar with seating for three. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining room, located just off the kitchen bar, has a large table with seating for six. From living room, dining room and kitchen, patio doors lead to deck & pool area.

The master bedroom features king bed, flat screen TV, large private bath with modern soaker tub, large glass shower with rain shower and double vanity and overlooks the pool and golf course. The second bedroom, located in the back of the house, includes two queen beds, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has one queen bed with a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The beautiful, spacious backyard includes a deck with outside seating for six and a grill. The private hot tub (accommodates up to eight adults) and large pool are perfect for activities of all ages. The travertine pool patio has four lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the sun. The outdoor shower is located in service yard to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. All outside amenities overlook the beautiful Robert Trent Jones golf course 16th green.

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

***Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

This hime is in a great location and my family had a wonderful time. Unfortunately I did run into a little disappointment with the cleanliness of the house. It seemed as it was not up to covid standards that it advertised. I did call and was contacted the next day but by then we had already did our own cleaning. Ice maker was not working and a few minor things not up to standard but Location was amazing on the 16th hole of the golf course and Palmetto was so beautiful and family friendly. I would still recommend this house but with that more time is used to clean and secure the minds of your guest that the house is sanitary.

We had a great time at 27 Rum Row. House was decorated nicely and outdoors area was great! Only complaints: tv in living room would shut off on its own every few minutes, no DVD player in the living room, not many hooks/racks for towels and wet clothes. Other than that the place was perfect for our family of 6! Note- the hot tub takes an extra charge that you have to call the company to set up to have it heated for the week. We were unaware of this. Thanks for a great stay!

Very happy

This was the best house we’ve stayed in on the island! It was payed out and stocked with everything we needed. Having 2 queen beds in one room was perfect for our son and family (small children). I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Our stay at 27 Rum Row was truly pleasant. The house is quite spacious, and well equipped with all we needed. The kids loved the pool, and the adults loved the hot tub. Island Rentals was also pretty responsive to all our questions and requests. The house was also well kept and fairly clean. I did do my own surface cleaning and and spraying, just because of all the precautions now with COVID-19. I would only recommend that they fix the screen porch doors- they kept slipping out of the grooves. And the back door with the keypad for entry was a bit tricky to open. And finally, maybe add hand showers to all the bathroom. A hand shower was in the master, but when you have little kids - a hand shower in all the bathrooms is helpful.

The house was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It was perfect for the 8 of us which included my 2 young Grandchildren. This was our first time ever renting a house and I will definitely do it again! I couldn't believe the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need! The property owners were quick to bring another gas tank for the grill and the pool was even cleaned throughout our week there. The only suggestion would be to add full length mirrors. Can't wait to visit again 😊

The house is lovely, well equipped, great location and larger in person than the images online. We stayed for a week with our three children and will book again. Had an issue with keypad on day four, both Island Getaways and the owners were quick to respond and very professional. Only recommendation would be that the house is missing an outdoor activity (basketball net, ping pong table etc) for those non-beach days as we all know HHI weather changes by the hour.

We had a great week at this property. We loved the layout of the home. We had three families and never felt crowded. The pool and kitchen were very nice. The ice maker was a great amenity! A bit further back from the beach but not bad.

Spent a week at 27 Rum Row for my nephew's wedding. The house was beautiful and spacious. The pool, backyard, and view were spectacular. Island Getaway responded quickly to our request for gas for the grill and pool service. The kitchen was well supplied. We would definitely stay here again.

A great time had by all. The winds from Hurricane Dorian were evident with the number of tree branches and leaves down but the pool guys shocked the pool and it was back to normal 3 hours later.

This house was great for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was well maintained and the pool was great! A few suggestions I would have are some full length mirrors in the house (this one was desperately needed!), rugs to step on when getting out of the shower in the bathrooms, and include the WiFi password information in the check-in packet. Overall, we really enjoyed this house and would love to go back again.
