Our spacious Studio Apartment features oceans views.
PLEASE NOTE: The 2nd Street crossover was just closed due to erosion. Our private access is still available and the 3rd Street crossover is still open

This unit has a private ocean view balcony. This is the perfect place for a cozy retreat. There is a queen bed, sofa and comfy chair. Our full sized kitchen if fully equipped. The bathroom features a tub shower combo.

This property has a small, private deck plus it shares a 60 x 90 foot ocean front patio with our other 2 properties. There are tables & chairs and chaise lounges. You can use the ocean front charcoal grills. There is also a hot and cold water outdoor shower.

Conveniently located at Mid Beach- about 1/2 mile from the Pier and 1/4 mile from the light house.
An Easy walk.everywhere.

Pat and Kathee were great hosts with a beautiful space. It was clean, matched the photos, and central to everything. A lot of listings claim to be "on the beach" when they're really a block or two away. The beach access point was literally steps away from the front door. When we reached out to the hosts, they were very kind and responded quickly. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place or experience. We are already talking about our next trip!

Ideal location and studio apartment for someone who spends most of their time outdoors, as we do. The beach is located as promised, and it’s walkable and bikeable to restaurants and shopping.

Great location, easy access to all parts of the island. Very comfortable and clean. We had a great stay and highly recommend! Owners were on site when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know.

The view is nothing like the picture portrays. You can not see the view of the ocean unless you are standing up on the deck. You can not sit on the deck and end enjoy the view because there is none. The property however is just a very short walk right to the beach which was convenient.

St patty’s weekend

Our anniversary was the 14th so we stayed in Savannah and headed to Tybee island. Great long weekend. Will definately stay there again. Thank you so much Pat and Kathy

Great little condo. Air conditioner was THE BEST! Bed was very soft. Everything you need for a little beach getaway. Great hosts Photos taken from chairs on deck. Great parking !

Studio apartment!

It was the perfect location with the best view! I could not have dreamed to be any better. The ladies I talked to that managed the property were so friendly. I left feeling like I had made friends! I would highly recommend and I myself will absolutely book again!

Quiet Paradise

Everything was wonderful, enjoyed quiet alone time. I very much needed time to recharge my batteries and just chill. This was the perfect place to do it. Hosts were great and easy to reach. No complaints at all, would love to enjoy a return trip to Oceanwatch #3!

A fun getaway!

The studio apartment had a great view, and I loved seeing the huge ocean barges coming and going on their way to Savannah. Being right on the beach made it easy to get up for sunrises and beach walks, as well. The apartment is a nice size for one or two people and was clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning, which was wonderful coming in from the beach or biking. The bed was extremely comfortable, too. Most of all, the property owners were friendly, easily accessible and eager to make sure I had a great stay. I would choose this spot again.

Good location, needs some updates

I have heard that some updates to the property will be coming soon. It is very close to the beach and having parking available is a huge bonus. We could hear talking/conversing from the people in the adjoining property, and would have been nice to post photos of the bathroom; it's a bit small, but overall for just me and my wife, everything was just ok.

Dated but comfortable. Sliding door very stiff to open and close. Location good - can watch sunrise from balcony and see the ocean. Eroding beach at the adjoining public access could present issues going forward.

On the beach

Location was spot on, literally on the beach and the beach area was not by pier so it wasn’t crowded. The “apt” was literally one room with a queen bed mattress that had seen better days (I put extra pillows under the sheet as it sagged in the middle) the a/c wall unit was loud so I was glad I had ear plugs, For the size of this unit I think the “extra fees” were out of line too

This is a one bedroom studio. In a studio there is no wall between the bedroom and the living room. It is the same sq footage of a 1 bedroom. Apparently the previous owner took down the wall between the bedroom and the living room so that he could see the ocean from the bed. We just decided to leave it that way too. I am so sorry about the bed. We found that the middle support had been knocked out of place. That results in the bed sagging in the middle. It may have happened when the housekeeper was mopping under the bed. I wish I had checked with you during your stay. It was a 10 minute fix.

Overall, my stay was great. The only bummer was that the pics of the listing seem to be old and don't reflect the current view from the condo or the access to the beach. They've built dunes between the condo and the beach, and the only way to access the beach is to walk 3 blocks down the street (about 5 mins). From the unit, you view the dunes and parking lot while sitting down with your coffee and can't really hear the ocean. If you stand, you can see the ocean, though. Despite this, I had a good time, and the beach was lovely. I was just looking for a place that looked like the pic, where I was only a few steps away from the sand. Apparently the whole island is covered in dunes now, so there's not really much you can do about it if you go to Tybee. I may have chosen to go to a different spot if I'd known, though, tbh.

Perfect location - poor upkeep

First of all, the location was perfect and we had a wonderful time. Parking was ehhh. Lots of people pull in trying to park for beach access, then turn around, so your vehicle is subject to dings. Several times we watched from our room and they got close to ours, as well as, other visitors. It worked out though... The beach was amazing, and we will definitely go back to Tybee. No doubt! The manager was very nice, and responsive. Someone complained of noise one night, and she called with apologies the next day, even thouugh we were not bothered by it, but it was very nice of her just the same. BUT, the property needs attention. The room was not clean. Not at all. It was really bad. I didn't complain to her about it, because honestly, nothing could be done without disrupting our vacation. We managed. Thank goodness I brought my own cups, plates, Clorox wipes, towels...etc The curtains, which you must grab constantly opening and closing the door, because they are sliding glass doors, were filthy. Spots and stains everywhere. The second set of sliding doors, were glazed over like headlamps on a vehicle get after age. The view was COMPLETELY obstructed. The inside of the microwave was dirty. Alongside the refrigerator was filthy. Disgusting. The pictures don't mention that directly in front of your unit there is dilapidated house. Literally 25 foot, and its the first thing you see upon opening the curtains. We managed. Our aggravation is 100% with the cleanliness. Bottom line. This place should not be in this condition. The upkeep has been neglected, and it shows. We loved our beach time and we loved the location, but being charged a cleaning fee is a joke because was/is non-existant.

We simply fell in love. We purchased this property within 12 hours of every having set foot on Tybee. My sister refused to leave, so we purchased this unit, 1A Ocean Watch and 1B so our entire family could vacation together.
