This beautiful, PRESTIGIOUSLY CLEAN, one-bedroom, top floor condo offers a blend of upscale and vintage nautical style decor, featuring magnificent beach and water views, two beachside pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Tybee Portside creates the perfect environment to enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of its North Beach coastal location. It is one of the rare condos on Tybee that has a view of the pool, water, beach, Cockspur lighthouse and sunset.

Tybee Portside condo is a step above the rest in so many ways. Full size stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are just a few of the luxurious details of this exceptional vacation condo. The condo is great for a couple, but will accommodate a small family. A queen size pillow top bed and shipmate bunks are located in the sleeping area. It will sleep four. Daily rates are shown on the calendar and weekly rates (7 nights) are discounted 10%.

Tybee Portside is located in the gated, beachfront community of Savannah Beach & Racquet Club on the quiet north end of Tybee Island where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. This community is known to be very family friendly as the North Beach is less crowded than the east side of the island. The location is wonderful for dolphin watching. You will see large cargo ships going by and chances are you’ll see shrimp boats as well.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The balcony view was absolutely beautiful. We saw dolphins and a variety of boats daily. The beach access was wonderful and we also enjoyed the pool. The condo was very clean. The entire atmosphere of Tybee Island was very friendly and inviting. Also our host was very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

If you are on the fence about this place, this is your sign to just rent it! The view is perfect for sunsets and dolphin watching. Steps away from the beach and conveniences of chairs and beach umbrella and a wagon are other perks. The decor is too cute with all island/boat/sea vibes. It’s perfect for 2 people. There are some bunks at the end of the bed, but it would be a tight fit to have kiddos- however, it is doable.

Everything was great! Great view, easy access to the beach. Had everything we needed and didn’t have to bring them (beach chairs, umbrella…) Easy to get in and out. Oh my teens loved the pickle ball court, brought our paddles with us! Had a good time, thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was as described in the listing. The view was the absolute best - lovely sunsets and a 3 minute walk to the beach which was not crowded.One hiccup in the check in process was that the parking pass was not in the box where it was supposed to be so we could not access the condo until about 2 hours after check in time. Communication with Diane was good after we informed her of the problem. A thunderstorm had blown up while we were waiting to get things straightened out, so our first evening was eventful.Having said all that, we would stay here again.

The property was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly located just steps from the beach and close to everything on Tybee. Check-in was easy, parking was convenient, and the space felt like home. We would definitely book here again!

The host was great. She was very communicative. The condo was clean and the view was amazing. Just a perfect size condo for me and my hubby. I would give five stars if we didn’t have the rumbling noise from the air conditioners on the roof keeping us awake at night. The host tried her best daily to get the condo association to assist. We had a person come out once and he was super nice but couldn’t fix the issue because it wasn’t on while he was there. Hopefully they get that fixed so that it doesn’t affect the future guests. If it wasn’t for the noise waking us nightly we would give five stars hands down. Also, you cannot hear it in the living room area. The place is quiet other than that. The beach was great and not too crowded. Check in and out was easy. Not far from Savannah which we visited a few times. The power flickers daily and during storms will go out but was never off for more than a minute. Such is Island life. That wasn’t bothersome.

The view was excellent!! Just steps away from the beach. We saw dozens of Dolphins each day, and the beach equipment provided was very much appreciated. We basically spent the entire week on the beach. The next time we visit Tybee, we'll be seeking out this space.

25th Wedding Anniversary and didn't disappoint

Fabulous view, accommodations were clean, cozy and provided everything we needed for our stay! Diane was the best, always available and making sure we had what we needed. The balcony chairs is where we started with a cup of coffee and ended with a cocktail.Highly recommend a stay here!

We have stayed at this property numerous times and always look forward to coming back. It has a great view of the water and all the things you need to have a pleasant time on the beach. If you’re coming to Tybee, I highly recommend this property.
