ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BATH CONDO. LOCATED IN THE DIAMOND BEACH SECTION OF WILDWOOD CREST, THE 17 ACRE RESORT IS A 10 MINUTE DRIVE TO HISTORIC CAPE MAY AS WELL AS THE FAMOUS WILDWOOD BOARDWALK. THIS AREA IS A TOP 10 BIRDING SPOT IN THE COUNTRY. THIS RESORT IS CONSIDERED BY MANY AS ONE OF THE TOP BEACH RESORTS IN THE ENTIRE NORTH EAST . THE COMMUNITY BOASTS 24 HOUR GATED SECURITY, 4 POOLS, 6 HOT TUBS . 12 BARBECUE GRILLS, 2 FIRE PITS, SAUNA, STEAM ROOM, TENNIS, PICKLEBALL, BASKETBALL COURT, BEACH VOLLEYBALL AND 2 EXERCISE ROOMS. Perfect weekend getaway

The condo had all amenities needed with a perfect location and super clean/organized. Loved the complex and what it had to offer! My family of 4 really enjoyed ourselves and would come back for sure!

Clean, Safe environment. Perfect getaway place for relaxation or fun activities

Whether you want to relax on the beach and hang by the many pools or try a new restaurant or fun activity, this is a perfect location. You're right on the middle of a clean, quiet area in between Wildwood's boardwalk fun and Cape May's array of activities. Seapointe Village is perfect for families. We're already excited to go back again!

Seapointe is absolutely amazing! Our unit was incredibly clean and the location was perfect! Larry was great, very responsive, and provided a ton of information about the property which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great vacation!

My Jersey stay!

This stay was everything that one needed. The host communicated well and left detailed information which was helpful. We had an issue upon departure which was on our part and the host were more than accommodating and understanding. Great place to stay!

Clean and pleasant - perfect for 3 people

Owners were very nice and accommodating. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed to begin our vacation. Seapointe is a great complex with lots of pools and the best beach on the East Coast. Wonderful family get away. I would definitely come back - thank you Larry and Kim

What an amazing stay at Seapointe Village! We loved EVERYTHING about the resort. Communication with the owner was excellent -- and he even left us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back, and we will recommend this property and owner to others!

Retreat down the shore

We loved staying at this property. Seapointe Village is a mini resort down in Wildwood crest. We were close to places to eat, a short car ride to Wildwood boardwalk and Cape May. The pools were perfect for our family and we were just waking distance to Diamond beach. We plan on making this a yearly family vacation down the shore.

Anniversary Vacation

Larry’s unit and the entire property was extremely clean. From the pools, tables and chairs, grills, and walkways - everything was pristine. The landscaping was spectacular as well - so beautiful and neatly maintained. Even the long walkway on the beach was swept clean when covered with sand. This is truly a special place to visit.

Clean, well-stocked and comfortable

Larry and Kim's condo is a nice -sized place overlooking a pool area in a resort style community. It is clean and well stocked not only with dishes and utensils but lots of paper goods, coffee, spices and other conveniences. Larry and Kim were helpful and communicative throughout our stay and we appreciated their help when we needed it.

Beach getaway

Larry and Kim were great about helping me to book a last minute get away. Upon arrival I discovered that the rental was set up to accommodate everything I needed. They provided some excellent restaurant suggestions and were very responsive when I had questions. I am looking forward to renting their property again next year!

Resort close to home

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Seapoint. The property owners were easily reached and helpful. The condo and grounds were clean and quiet. Pools were clean and offered something for everyone. Private beach access is a few steps from the building with powder soft sand and cleanest water I've seen in the north east. Can't wait to stay again! Thanks for having us!

Amazing hosts! We loved the location as well as the rental.

Larry and Kim were outstanding hosts. They made sure that we were well informed, and well taken care of during our honeymoon! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a prime location and an amazing resort experience. The place was spotless going in and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. lovely property

This condo is on the 5th Fl of one of the bldgs. in Seapoint, which is a great property in a great location. The unit does not have an ocean view, but that was fine for us because we had plenty of time walking on the beach as well as around Seapoint.

Perfect little condo

I rented this condo over spring break with my twins and it was just perfect. The owners were absolutely amazing and so hospitable. I had no troubles booking or when I was there. The owners gave us exact instructions and communication with them was a breeze. I would totally recommend this condo to anyone with a small family wanting to get away. Thanks so much for renting to us!

Great little getaway!

Larry was extremely responsive and engaging throughout our entire stay! The place was great! Larry and Kim set up a little scavenger hunt for our kiddos around the condo which was a big hit! Even though it was out of season, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool with the kids, the beautiful weather and the quiet beaches! We visited Cape May which was a short drive from the condo. Overall, we loved our little getaway! Thank you Larry and Kim!

Larry is a great host

Seapointe village was a beautiful property and the condo is immaculately kept. It’s only steps from the beach and has so many amenities including multiple pools (indoor was only open bc we were early in season), hot tubs, gym, sauna. It’s close to everything and the food in the area was delicious. Close 10 min drive to Cape May and the Wildwood Boardwalk. Larry was truly the nicest most responsive hosts and made our stay relaxing bc he thought of everything. We look forward to another stay in the future!!

Spring at the Beach

This property is beautiful and the condo owners, Larry and Kim are BEYOND gracious! The detailed notes regarding the condo, property and are were invaluable! We pretty much had the resort like area to ourselves at this early May date and enjoyed treats such as the dolphins playing in the waves and the ghost crabs coming scattering around the beach; peeking at us from their holes. We could have spent hours just watching them watching us! Highly recommend the condo and area!!!!

Ideal rental in so many ways!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this property. The community had fantastic amenities and was just beautiful. There was hardly any noise. And the location couldn't be better. The arrival and check-in and easy and Larry communicated a ton of helpful information ahead of time and remained responsive during the course of the stay. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable with plenty of supplies on hand to make you feel at home. It was like they thought of everything. My only minor complaint is the low water pressure and how quickly the hot water ran out. But those small things would definitely not prevent me from booking again in the future.

This was the first year my daughter’s cheer team was competing in Wildwood. I’ve heard horror stories about lodging and the area, and was not happy about going. At the last minute I decided to look for a VRBO and found another location, but was referred to this location….. Well, what a PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!!! Owners, rental, location, area, everything was perfect!!!! The condo was beautiful and impeccable. Great communication constantly and prompt. Upon arrival very flexible with arriving early….but the sweetest gift was a “Good Luck” card for my daughter’s comp. Very SWEET!!! If we compete next year, we will be back!!!!! I am a “hotel snob” and am VERY picky about where I stay….just amazing!

A terrific stay at Diamond Beach!

We had a terrific experience staying at this property. Larry was great at communicating with us, and giving us detailed instructions, as well as tips such as restaurant recommendations. He was always available to answer questions. That was very much appreciated! The apartment is very comfortable, clean and modern. We appreciated the complete kitchen with so many cooking supplies and complete dishware. Even the pots were in great condition! At this time of year, the outdoor pools weren't open, but I enjoyed the indoor hot tub, and we had access to a sauna, steam room, exercise room, game room and more. The private beach was a lovely place to walk. The parking lot was convenient. The owner requested that we wash, dry and put away the towels and sheets that we used, so we did need to set aside time for that on day of check out. We had some good meals at Coastal Blue, right next door, and other restaurants were just a short drive away. This was a terrific experience, and we would happily stay again! Thanks Larry and VRBO!

Great condo in great location!

We fell in love with Seapointe village last summer. It is an ideal spot for families and we were excited to stay again this summer and are so glad we chose this condo for our stay. It is beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and well stocked. Our hosts communicated thoroughly and gave us any and all details we could have needed. Definitely recommend!
