Perfect Beach Vacation

Fun, clean and outstanding location for a family location. Close enough to boardwalk but private enough to just enjoy the beach and pools. The property was just what we needed for a family with a couple children. We will absolutely be back to Seapointe Village.

Great weekend getaway

Great weekend getaway! This rental was awesome. It was like staying at a resort. So many pools to choose from. Meticulously clean. Super friendly people. Just had a ball.

Memory Making Memorial Day Weekend

This condo was a wonderful place to vacation. It was a great way to spend Memorial Day weekend! All the pools were opened & the children & adults alike enjoyed them. It was great for little ones. When they got tired of the pool they would head over to the playground & basketball courts. There was so much to do to stay entertained but if you needed to rest or take a nap you could go and do so in the quiet condo. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. I spent days searching for for a hotel & was so excited when I found this place because most of the hotels in the area are outdated. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

First family vacation

As a new family seeking ease of travel with the comforts of home, renting Mikes condo in wildwood crest (a few hours drive from Hoboken, NJ where we live) was perfect with our 17 month old. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. Seapointe village is a unique set up with a resort-like feel but super quaint in an area full of motels. The many pools and access to a private beach was perfect. The location of Mikes condo within the village was great as a family since it was close to the children's pool and playground. The walk to the beach was no more than 10 minutes. We enjoyed the overall location of Seapointe as its a 5-10 minute drive whether you want the wildwood boardwalk or quiet Cape May. We would highly recommend this property to any of our friends and hope to maybe stay again in the future!!

Nice condo on end of Crest

This was a nice condo with great pools and private beach area. Parking was a slight issue in the beginning as the main gate didn't want to supply us with a pass but it worked out in the end. Would be best for you to bring your own linens and towels to avoid having to do laundry on vacation... on arrival there were no clean towels, we had to rewash the towels to use. Also, the second bedroom is a pull out trundle bed so not ideal for a couple. Aside from that the place was nice with good amenities, just be prepared to drive to the boardwalk as the trolley didn't run until the evening.

Family vacation with older children

Mike's condo is very comfortable with lovely decor. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers so having two bathrooms worked well. It's in a perfect location for everything. He was very helpful with suggesting coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The condos are right on the beach and have 4 pools to enjoy when you've had enough sand. This condo is right near the kids pool so it's perfect if you have younger children also. I used the mini gym which was small but had a little bit of everything for working out. We walked to breakfast, the coffee shop, took advantage of the beach bar next door and found a lot of wonderful restaurants within a couple of miles. It's two miles from the boardwalk so it's easy to get there by car or bike or makes a nice destination for morning runners. I can highly recommend this condo for all ages.

Average ..

The owner was very good with instructions and suggestions for the amenities at the property and in Wildwood. The condo was centrally located to pools and beach which was nice. Parking was never an issue. The property did have a lot of pool area to accommodate guest. It was clean and very well maintained. The only issue with the property is they really need to enforce that people cannot reserve the tables and chairs near the pool only to go to the beach for the day. We spend a lot of time at the pools and found if we did not get up at the crack of dawn to claim our place we were out of luck. We realized people would leave their belongings then go to the beach for the day. As in any property this is always a frustrating problem. What made is worse is that they have signs posted however property management does not enforce what is on the signs ... The condo it self was nice... however it could use a good cleaning. A lot of mold in the showers. Very poor water pressure in both showers ... not sure if they were due to not being cleaned properly or if the pressure was just low. It truly was a extremely low and difficult to shower. We also had a very bad smell coming from the den area. After looking around under the bed and dresser we found a used sippie cup which had molded milk still in it. We also found a child's sock. To conclude the condo is very nice and well stocked, however I would highly recommend a better cleaning service. Thank you

Beautiful place and resort on the beach. Danielle was very responsive and informative and made the check in and check out quick and easy. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Unit!

This unit's furniture, appliances and bathrooms were all really nice and very good quality! There were ample drawers in the main bedroom and good closet space which was great because the den with the twin beds doesn't have a closet. The ceiling fans were great too since the ceilings are high and it kept the AC circulating. The unit is steps away from the Center Court pool which is very popular and great for families, but also right next to the park/tennis and the indoor pool at IBIS. The beach was about a 3-4 min walk for us but it's a very easy nice flat walk compared to Maine or Cape Cod beaches! We really loved the vacation! Our host was very helpful and all communication was very timely and responsive!

In town for Cheer Comp. Great rental

Everything was really good. Place was just as we expected. Danielle was super nice and had great communication when needed. The water heather was turned off which I am so grateful we noticed on Friday night. If we didn't notice that until Saturday, we would have been in trouble because we had a Cheer competition all day and would not have been able to shower. Thankfully, it all worked out and we had the time to let it heat overnight. We all had wished we packed slippers. The tile floors were very cold since it was winter. Even with the heat on, floors were freezing. Danille was nice enough to let us stay late on Sunday too. I would definitely rent here again and bring slippers LOL.

Fantastic Vacation Host and Location

Everything was well thought out. Communication was tremendous with Michael . There was a short walk to the beach, we felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. We were disappointed that the pool next to our complex was closed for the season but there were 2 other beautiful pools on property. We were thrilled at the beauty of the grounds and were happy with all aspects of this vacation !

Mike was great to work with. He was a super host. Very easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions for area restaurants etc. His unit was clean and it was great that it was on the first floor. We would for sure book this unit again. Big enough for a family of five to include two young boys and a baby.

Perfect Jersey Shore Vacation

We were already quite familiar with Seapointe Village and this rental reinforced our desire to keep going back every year. The condo was the perfect size for our little family of 3, since we used the den/2nd bedroom as a bedroom for our 1 year old. The pool right outside our building was unfortunately closed for the season (poor timing on our part) but it was a quick walk to the main pool by the beach. Our host, Mike, was fantastic. He took the time to provide all of the information we needed about Seapointe and check-in, which was seamless, and additional recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Perfect for kids!

This condo exceeded our expectations! Our kids LOVED the pool, especially the multiple baby pools. The condo felt like home because it had all the essentials so we didn't have to worry. The property manager was responsive, accommodating and provided great tourism info. We come to wildwood every year and this was our best stay yet!

Would Stay Here Again!

Well appointed condo - exactly as described. Really nice shower in the master bath. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the basketball and tennis courts. Steps away from the beach. Excellent communication - had a small glitch with the keycode but Mike was available by text and got back to us with a solution within 5 minutes. Would stay here again!

Quiet property close to everything you need

The condo was convenient to everything we needed. The beach is the best part of this location, we enjoyed nightly walks to the shore and viewing the boardwalk from the beach. We didn't see many people during our stay but the guard staff/grounds crew were friendly. Michael, the owner, was very communicative about the property and things to do while in the area.
