Two bedroom, two full bathroom condo has all the comforts of home, including 50" TV, wi-fi, all appliances. Deck - and master bedroom - overlook the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular sunrises with your coffee in the morning on your private balcony! Location is central to all of Wildwood and Cape May and all that the area has to offer.

Our unit is located on the top floor of Seapointe's Village resort North Beach building. Enjoy ocean views from living room and bedrooms. Master bedroom has own access to balcony.

Seapointe Village is a private gated oceanfront resort which has 4 pools (1 indoor) , 6 hot tubs, kiddie pool, tennis courts, (pickle ball also available) basketball courts, saunas and fitness centers. Fire pits are available for your use each evening, as well as BBQ grills. The premises has 24 hour security. The resort has its own private beach with lifeguards and a snack grill.

Seapointe Village is a five -8 minute car ride to Cape May. The Wildwood boardwalk is one mile away. Enjoy the best of both worlds by being centrally located between the two!

Towels are provided as a courtesy (unit has full size washer and dryer-towels need to be washed and returned to closet prior to departure). Linens (sheets) are not provided.

This unit is NON SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

Awesome property!

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is so comfy and the views are amazing. So clean, and everything you need is provided. The owners were super responsive to my questions. I hope to be back many times!

Fall Wknd at Diamond Beach

Our family of 5 enjoyed a beach perfect fall wknd thanks to a fam’tastic accommodations with all the trimmings - gorgeous ocean view from large living room and master bedroom deck, indoor/outdoor pools and jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, underground parking with elevator access to 7th floor 2 bdrm/2 bath unit. Friendly owners and easy check-in/check-out. All around A+ experience.

Even Better than the Pictures

The Lizzos' rental is even better than the pictures indicate. Views of the beach could be seen from just about every room in the condo. And the balcony off the living room and master bedroom was perfect in the morning for sunrises and perfectly shaded in the evening after a full day of sun. The furnishings in the unit were fresh and beachy and the unit was exceptionally clean and well cared-for. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need and we did a fair amount of cooking. We were slightly concerned about the trek to the 6th floor multiple times a day, but the elevator was always quick and dependable. As an added convenience, the owners have a locker on the beach for chairs, etc. which saved a lot of time and energy dragging beach equipment to and from the beach every day. The grounds of Seapointe are spectacular from the landscaping and flowers to the grills, activities, and pools. It very much lives up to the resort feel and does not disappoint in any way.

Perfect beach location

We love this location at Seapointe Village Diamond Beach. Easy beach access, a beautiful resort with a variety of pools and spas. Nearby dining and entertainment but not as crowded as Wildwood. Only downfall is we had to come home.

Wonderful property - great vacation!

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. We brought our own linens, paper products, dish soap, hand soaps. This condo is on the 7 floor, beautiful view from the balcony. Easy access to the elevators from the Garage Level beneath the building. The hosts were very easy to coordinate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Cozy!

This property is perfect for a short or long stay! The unit was clean and very well maintained. After a long day at the beach you could sit out on the balcony and just relax! The amenities are great and it’s in a perfect location on Diamond Beach. It’s also a short drive to Cape May which is a nice bonus! We are looking forward to another stay in the future!

Good view, resort and location

Private beach access. Minutes from Cape May and short walk/drive to good local restaurants. Felt safe and comfortable. Great indoor pool for children on inclement weather day, playground etc. Great timely communication with owner. Only confusing thing of the trip was accessing the unit from the garage. We overlooked the building entry and the access code only works for the specific building; the check-in process could highlight the garage access better due to the multiple buildings.

Family Vacation Perfection

Our stay at Diamond Beach was the perfect location for beaching with small children. A short walk to the beach, a variety of kid-friendly pools and a playground. The condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking meals at home. A quick drive to visit Wildwood or Cape May, ice cream just a short walk away. We look forward to visiting Diamond Beach again!

Great vacation

The owners were easy to work with…so attentive and helpful before and during our visit! Check in and checkout were a breeze. The unit was very clean, attractive, and quiet. The children loved the variety of pools and splash areas. Just a heads up that children under 16 cannot use the hot tubs! It was nice having access to food at the beach grill and a walkway to the beach to keep you off the sand. Having a cart for our luggage was super helpful. The elevators were quick so it wasn’t a big deal to be on the 7th floor. My husband drove separately and was able to park on a nearby street with no problem and at no cost. We highly recommend this rental and Seapoint Village in general!

Felt like away from home

The property is beautifully maintained and has you feeling like you’re on a resort. Perfect place to stay for families, and the condo itself was even better than advertised. We kept saying we felt so at home. Very clean, well-stocked with basic every day needs. We had a blast and already are looking forward to coming back next year!

Excellent property with great amenities

Stayed here 4 adults 4 kids for a night. We brought an inflatable mattress as we knew would have trouble sleeping so many. It’s really a beautiful condo. Extremely clean. Private beach was beautiful and the pool was a nice bonus. Walking distance of sone really nice restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!

Grandkids love the kiddie pool and young adults love the easy ocean access with the 4 pools as option to cool off on hot summer days. Jacuzzis and saunas are wonderful. The ocean views that the unit offers are amazing and beautiful!
