This is a 2 bed, 2 bath unit (1110 Sq. Ft) that has 1 King and 2 queen size beds. This unit is has a full functional kitchen and a unique balcony that overlooks the intracoastal waterway. (Most overlook the waterpark) Sit back and watch the dolphins and boats cruise by or visit the 6th and 7th floor decks to watch the beautiful sunsets in the Gulf of Mexico. You are a short two block walk to the beach.
Your rental includes:
- Four (4) Splash Harbour Water Park passes (This is over $100/day VALUE that is FREE with your rental every day you stay with us)
- Purchase additional passes at 1/2 price (Normal price is around $30)
- Access to 2 rooftop community patios to lounge, watch the amazing sunsets, or relax to the view of the intracoastal waterway
- One Free Parking Pass (Parking is on a first come basis)
- WIFI and SMART TVs in master bedroom, spare bedroom and the living room

Everything was great! My family and I enjoyed this little home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. Communication was always there with James. " The front door handle turns upward to open NOT downward" They had very good instructions and well prepared. Everything was clean and handy. The place was right beside the elevator so very convenient to the garage and pool. Water park was perfect for us only wish it was open a little later. Couple of notes from the wife...... need a full legth mirror and a fan outside. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great place and location

This was our second stay at Harbourside and we really enjoyed this unit. It was well maintained and had plenty of supplies on hand (trash bags, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing machine detergent, etc...). The waterpark is great for the kids and we love being able to walk to the beach and restaurants.Great communication from the owners. We would stay with them again.

Spring Break Fun

We had 3 other families staying at other properties in the same location. We all really enjoyed our time here and with each other. Highly recommend for multiple families if you can’t stay together in a house. Lots of fun with nearby restaurants, taking the trolley to Madeira and other places, and of course the water park. The place was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Indian rocks beach condo

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was cozy and a great location, beds were clean and comfortable which is always a plus, there were ample beach supplies- some need replaced from normal wear and tear. Overall the check in process was seamless and the owners were very available. We would stay here again. The kids loved the water park and pools and we were in very close walking location to beaches, restaurants, and everything we could need. It was a very family friendly area! We were in close proximity to the Phillies spring training and downtown clear water all while enjoying the slow pace quieter area of Indian rocks. My only suggestion would be for a more stocked kitchen we were missing some basics we needed. Otherwise this house was amazing!

Great Place With Kids

This property is connected to a water park, close to the beach and many restaurants, and has a beautiful view of the water. Highly recommend for families, we traveled in and never got back in a car until we were headed back to the airport. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and our stay was very relaxing.

Awesome!

My family and I spent Memorial Day Weekend at this unit. We live in Tampa and wanted a break by the beach. This unit has a beautiful view. Loved how close the beach, restaurants and Water Park were. Easy check in/out. We will be coming back again

Great place for vacation

The place was awesome, if you want to just stay around the unit everything is close by. Very clean and everything you need. Also a wagon and toys and chairs for the beach. Enough room for 8. We will consider next time we vacation in this area.

Beautiful location! Great unit!

We loved staying here! Boys loved the Waterpark and didn’t want to leave! Convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants! Condo well equipped with towels and everything needed for the beach! The balcony was a little piece of paradise! James is very accommodating and easy to work with! Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

Outstanding location and communication

The place could not be in a better place. Easy to walk to many restaurants/bars, easy 2 block walk to the beach and the water park is out the front door from the room. The owners provided great and quick responses. We will stay here again 100 percent.

Wonderful experience!!

The condo is beautiful!! Great view of intracoastal, all the amenities you can ask for. Also a block away from the beach and situated on a water park for the kids. The owner, James, is fantastic. He responds to you rt away and tries to make your stay as hassle free and easy as possible. I will definitely come back and stay and recommend this place to everyone!

Great location and felt like home!

The place was very cozy and really close to the beach. It had a great view of the harbor and was super relaxing. I did not receive my arrival letter but when I called the number given the owners were extremely helpful and texted to ensure I made it. It was very well equipped and very clean. The beds were super comfy and had plenty of seating on the private deck. The only complaint I would have is the elevators could use some air conditioning! Will be booking here for years to come!

Great waterpark

Our kids loved the waterpark! The beach is a little further than we hoped with toddlers and parking in the garage is difficult, but there is plenty at the waterpark. Any questions were answered quickly and the condo had plenty of linens and extras. The only thing we bought were papertowels. There was plenty of beach towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo for our family of 6. It was very clean!

Wonderful view of the Intracoastal Waterway

Very Clean! Convenient location. Large covered porch with lovely views of birds and boats on the Intracoastal waterway. The water park is ideal for families with a short walk to the beach. This unit is tastefully decorated. The negatives were queen beds sunk a bit and those pillows were flat. Rugs in the main living area need to be replaced. Additional cooking utensils needed. Would rent again if those items are taken care of. We enjoyed our stay.

Location and Waterpark

We really enjoyed our stay at James' condo in Splash Harbour. A few key things to note. The room has a view of the intercoastal, this is a huge plus in my opinion. We did not see any dolphins but we saw a manatee one morning! The location to the beach, two blocks, makes this property very convenient if you want to come back for lunch or walk down for the sunset, it is right there. House also had all the things you need for the beach (chairs/umbrella/toys/etc). Finally the waterpark - if you are traveling with kids, this is the best part. It's perfect for after the beach, the waterslides are great, the lazy river is fun, and the pool is nice. It was definitely the highlight for our 8 year old, and the 11 and 13yr old also had fun there. James was a great host and highly recommend.

What a great vacation!

This was a perfect vacation. Working with James was great. He made things so easy. He gave us directions from the airport right to the condo. I called him when we got close to the place. He told me where to park and even stayed on the phone with me to make sure we got in the front door. The condo was very nice and there was plenty of room. It felt like home. Sitting out on the balcony was so relaxing. We loved watching the boats and dolphins. Our boys 4 and 2 loved the water park and going to the beach. The location was great. There were many good restaurants within walking distance and the beach was just a short walk. We can't wait to come back next year! Thanks again James!

Best place to stay with your family

I have stayed in many condos/resorts but this one was far one of the BEST ones I have stayed. The rooms were clean, view from the balcony was so beautiful! There is a patio furniture out in balcony where we sat and enjoyed the view while drinking coffee, eating breakfast, and did some remote working. It was so nice that we actually did not want to leave the room! The Host, Mr James was so attentive, he made sure we made it in and any minor issue we had (with cable channel) he responded quickly and guided us on how to fix the issue. We have 2 (spoiled) teenagers daughters who are not easily amused/pleased, but they absolutely loved the room which had their own tv, their own beds and best of all their own bathroom. Although I have older kids, we all enjoyed the water park and the pool. The place is perfectly located around everything!. Beach is literally across the street, took my slow walker 2 min, there are few restaurants, ice cream shop, cvs, beach rentals within walking distance. We absolutely enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back!

Unbeatable location provides amazing views and privacy with direct access to top notch amenities

I chose this unit because I wanted a place to go near the ocean with my wife, her brother, and his wife. We were visiting family in Tampa from California and wanted to get to the beach while we were there. My wife is recovering from a brain injury, so I wanted a quiet place with a view where we could relax and do nothing, but also have food and entertainment options nearby. This place was perfect. While my wife and Tampa family were able to enjoy the attached water park, we mostly stayed on the large patio enjoying the view of the canal. I was amazed at how the patio and interior of the very nicely appointed and clean unit was completely separated from the noise and activity of the water park amenities. If you want music, food, and water fun you go out the front door and down one level, if you want a quiet, peaceful view of the birds, dolphins, and boats slowly traveling down the canal you can simply hang out on the large patio and you won't even know the water park is there. Even with my wife's low energy level we were able to walk to the nice restaurants nearby AND enjoy the beach. It was just what we wanted and needed. I cannot recommend this place enough.
