This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit (1110 Sq. Ft) that has enough room to sleep 8-10 people as it has a sleeper sofa for the extra large group.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 55" 4K TV. The guest bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed with a trundle that sleeps three kids! The lower bed is a full size, the upper bed is a twin size and it has a trundle unit which is also a twin size.
The couch is a sleeper sofa for the extra large group and actually is quite comfortable.
This unit has a full functional kitchen and a balcony that overlooks the intracoastal waterway. Sit back and watch the dolphins and boats cruise by or visit the 6th and 7th floor decks to watch the beautiful sunsets in the Gulf of Mexico. You are a short two block walk to the beach.

- Four (4) Splash Harbour Water Park passes (This is over $100/day VALUE that is FREE with your rental EVERY day you stay with us)

The place was perfect. Beach was like a 4 minute walk. They have a Walmart that’s like 5 minutes away in car also a CVS like 3 minutes away on foot. James was very helpful with everything. My family and I had a great time thank you!!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We had an amazing time at this condo! With having two kids under the age of five, means going to the beach each day isn’t ideal. Having four daily waterpark passes was the perfect solution!! We loved having the beach, Crabby Bills, and the ice cream shop only a few blocks away. We appreciate the beach wagon and toys easily accessible to us on days we did walk to the beach. My son loved watching the boats go by each day along with the pelican, fish, and dolphin. This was a vacation to remember, and we’ve already talked about booking again for next year. We have spread the word to several friends about this unit and what fun we had. Thanks again for a great stay!

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

The Condo was exactly as described. We absolutely love the location. Walk to the beach, Sit on the balcony watching boats and dolphins and hit the water park. We will be back next year! Thank you James for being a great host!

Amazing Time!

What a great week vacation we had here! We will be returning! Great property, great fun for the kids and time away for mom and dad! The water park was amazing and Indian Rocks the best place wvwr it was wonderful to walk to everything! Even have a CVS less than a block away is such a relief for a mom! thank you for having such great beach toys and a beach wagon!!! We loved it!!! Your place was amazing! Thank you James for opening your little slice of heaven and sharing it with us!

Christmas break getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. The weather was chilly, but we still enjoyed watching the sunsets and local restaurants! I highly recommend this place!

Great Experience!

We had a great experience all around! The check in process was super easy and the communication with Mr. Gordon was helpful. We enjoyed our view, had fun at the water park, and appreciated the short walk to the beach which was beautiful.

Great unit, great view, awesome accomodations!

It was really nice to walk into a clean unit, beautiful view and being a mom of 4 littles, including a baby, packing for a baby is a lot, we ended up having to leave our stroller at home but were pleasantly surprised there was a stroller, a pack n play and other baby necessities. All beach necessities, we were planning on buying upon toys but didnt have to!

Great Location!

This location is amazing. So close to the beach, tons of great restaurants and a short drive to many stores (including Target). Although we experienced some out-of-anyone's control issues, the host, James was easy to contact and quick to reply and do his best to help us enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend this area for a family as the beach is a short walk away.

Great family vacation!

This condo was absolutely PERFECT! It was very clean and well stocked. The beach chairs, toys and towels were a great bonus! The kids room was set up very well with plenty of space for my 3 young kids. Kitchen was fully stocked too. Great views overlooking the inter coastal waterway. Very short walk to the beach! The water park was fun for the kids - kids slides not heated in January but the pool and lazy river were. Already thinking about our next trip and will definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating owner

This was the best experience we have ever had. The owner, James was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was beautiful and had everything you would need for a weeks stay. The complex was great for kids because of the water park that is on site. There is plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the beautiful beach was a short 3min walk. I highly recommend renting this condo!!! We will definitely be back

We had a great vacation! The kids enjoyed the water park and slides. The beach was within walking distance. The second day we took the beach cart, umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler to the beach. Having those available to us was great! I especially enjoyed the coffee maker, balcony, and sunrises every morning. Beds were comfortable. Having a washer and drier in the unit was ideal, it allowed us to pack less and have space to bring home souvenirs of our trip. We ventured out to Clearwater Beach one evening and on a rainy day we went to John’s Pass for some shopping and lunch. We ate a lot of good seafood. Had a great time, we will be back!

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved spending time together watching the pelicans, manatees (we saw them multiple times!) and a group of dolphins (once) off the balcony. We walked to the gorgeous beach with crystal clear water, we even found sand dollars on the sand bar! We plenty of close restaurants or a lot of them within driving distance. Thank you for a great stay!!

Family Friendly Condo on Indian Rocks Beach

Our family really enjoyed our vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. The condo unit was very clean and well stocked with supplies, a lot which catered to our kids—which was very helpful! The view from the balcony couldn’t be beat—we enjoyed watching dolphins (we saw almost daily) and our kids really loved seeing all of the boats (even some rescue boats went by with sirens on to add to their excitement!). The water park located on site was something our kids looked forward to every day—the water slides, lazy river and pool were so much fun! The ocean was a short, easy walk (even with kids) and the unit had a lot of supplies available for us to use on the beach! We really appreciated all of the communication from the owners. The check-in and check-out process was very simple due to the instructions provided. We were also very grateful that James took the time to make sure we made it into the unit with no issues on arrival (after a very long day of traveling and canceled flights…)! One of the best experiences we have had in regards to communication/service using VRBO! Indian Rocks had a lot of nice restaurants to try and we enjoyed exploring all that the area had to offer! We hope we can visit again on our next vacation!

Great vacation spot! Home away from home.

This condo was a great location with the water park at our front door and the beautiful yachts off our back balcony. We spent the days at the water park and beach using all the provided toys, wagon, boogy board, and other beach gear. We spent the nights walking to dinner, watching the gulf sunset while swimming in the ocean, or just relaxing on the balcony. The condo really had everything we needed including extras like a pack and play, booster seat, umbrella stroller, and steps for the kids to reach the sink to brush their teeth. Owners were quick to respond when we had a question. We left vacation recharged with sun-kissed skin. We would absolutely stay here again.

Best condo experience we've had!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was comfortable and the views were amazing. We saw dolphins in the intercostal and pelicans flying past the balcony daily. The waterpark passes were a nice touch for our 4 boys. Location was wonderful next to the beach with restaurants everywhere! Thanks for a great stay...we'll be back!

Perfect Location, Perfect Condo

This property is exactly like the listing and working with James is fantastic. He’s very responsive and has thought of everything - the unlimited laundry and dishwasher pods are such a nice convenience since we travel with small kids! The beach is a short walk away with beautiful sunsets, I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo to anyone!

Great for families with small children

This condo was great! The check in process was seamless and James, the host, was always available for questions and friendly. We had a 6 and 2.5 year old and this condo was perfect for our little family. We even saw dolphins off our balcony. The rooftop shared space was awesome too for sunsets. The water park passes were a huge plus and condo is walkable to restaurants, coffee, and liquor store (all the necessities right?) All and all very happy with our choice. Thanks James!

Excellent location. Perfect for family with great view.

Lovely condo with the basic kitchen necessities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Plenty of sleeping options for our family of 6. Great view on balcony. The beach toys, wagon, chairs were perfect for the short walk to beach. Very walkable and great location. Waterpark is a nice extra and very lively fun zone. Kid friendly and drinks and food bar for adults. Family friendly condo, location and community.
