The property was perfect for us to stay for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration. We had a great time. Tanya was great to work with and she gave us all the info we needed to make our stay wonderful. The location of this property is great - in close proximity to so many restaurants and bars. We highly recommend Pipo and Betty’s Bakery for your morning coffee. We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful location!

Ideal location for many restaurants and the beach. Adjacent water park the delight for kids of all ages. Great, quiet balcony for enjoying the boats traveling on the intercostal waterway. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Great family vacation

Everything was perfect. We had such a wonderful time during our stay at Indian Rocks Beach. We spent endless hours at the pool and beach and walked for dinner and ice cream every night. Such a great location.

Second time staying at HarborSide, this condo was AMAZING!!! First, you can’t beat the location. 2 blocks from the beach, lots of walkable restaurants, Clearwater a 20 min drive. Perfect for families. The water park is perfect.The condo was beautiful and clearly updated. The beds were very comfy and had all amenities you’d expect in a rental. My ONLY complaint is the water pressure in the master bath was awful, but it was fine in the second bathroom so we just used that.Will stay again!

We appreciate your thoughtful review! We're sorry to hear about the low water pressure in the master shower. We were unaware of this issue as the building's water had been shut off prior to your stay, which caused some sediment to collect in the shower head. We've since replaced it, and everything is back to normal now. Thank you once again!

Perfect location

Tanya was a great host, checking in with us before we got there to make sure we got in when we needed. The place was well kept and had plenty of beach towels for us to share. The location is ideal to the beach and many great restaurants.

President’s Day Break

We wanted to get away from the cold and rain and IRB did not disappoint. The condo is spacious, very clean and a great location. We enjoyed our stay and would 100% book again.

Perfect Spring Break Family Getaway

This was an amazing Vrbo experience for our family. The condo was in the perfect location walking distance to so many great local restaurants and the beach. The condo itself was very clean, updated, and spacious. Would love to do it again!

Everything about the listing is accurate. Very clean condo. Comfortable beds and furniture. Soft towels. Lots of beach toys. Wish it was a little higher up for a better view but all in all a great place for a family of 4.

Beautiful beach condo with everything you’ll need!

We were so very pleased with this property. The owners have thought of ALL the details that matter when you are away. We did not rent a car & were able to walk to several restaurants & take the trolley if we wanted to travel further to other activities. We are already missing the beach!

Would stay at the property again. Location was nice. Very responsive when we called about something. A little pricey for the time of year and very hot, but we picked the dates. Overall nicely decorated. Nice balcony and within close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. A nice supply of beach chairs and items were provided as well. Had a nice time.

Wow, what a great property! Everything was top notch.This place felt like home. There weren't mismatched kitchen items or random items colored towels or sheet set like a lot of listings, but things you'd have in your own home.The use of the beach closet made it so much easier when flying. Our kids loved the waterpark, the dock on the intercoastal waterway, and even catching lizards in the grass. Walking to restaurants was great, with many choices and having a CVS a block away was so convenient. Last but not least, the walk to the beach was a breeze, with a crosswalk to assist. 100% would recommend and we're working on planning our next visit to this same unit. Thank you Ms. Tanya for great communication and easy instructions. We'll be in touch for our next trip....
