The legendary white sands of Indian Rocks Beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and we provide a beach closet with all the necessities. In the closet you'll find a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and other various beach toys, and the condo is already stocked with beach towels.

Included with your stay is 2 complimentary passes per day, 2 reimbursable passes ($20.95 plus tax per pass) with proof of purchase per day, and 4 discounted passes per day to Splash Harbor! These passes are worth over $80 per day!

WATERPARK PASSES

To provide a competitive guest experience following the change in ownership, this unit provides 2 complimentary waterpark passes daily, with a reimbursement policy for 2 additional passes per day to match the four-pass standard offered by neighboring units.

HOW IT WORKS:
You purchase the 2 discounted passes- 20.95 + tax- snap a picture of the receipt and send it via message through you booking portal or text it to me and I refund you through your booking portal or however works for you! It's that easy!

If you need to purchase more passes, you may purchase 4 additional passes at a discounted rate-20.95 +tax.




Travel Insurance- We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance.

Storm & Hurricane Refund Policy: No refunds are given for storms or hurricanes unless mandatory evacuations are ordered by state or local authorities.Refunds apply only under the following two conditions:Evacuations are ordered for our local area.Evacuations are ordered for your home area.If a mandatory evacuation is issued, we will refund:
Current Guests: Any unused portion of your rent.
Arriving Guests: The unused portion if you delay arrival until after warnings lift.
Canceled Stays: All advanced rents if your arrival dates fall within the warning period.

Occupancy Limit 8 guests maximum strictly enforced.
Total includes all children and infants.

Housekeeping. No daily housekeeping is provided during your stay.

Parking 1 non- reserved parking spot is available for this unit. Your parking pass must be displayed at all times. No Recreational Vehicles are allowed on premises such as motor homes, boats, travel trailers or personal watercrafts.

Smoking Policy No smoking anywhere inside the unit.
No smoking on the outdoor balcony.
$250 fee automatically charged to violators.

Pet Policy No pets allowed in this unit.

Quiet Hours Quiet time must be respected from 11pm-7am.
