Beautiful house on Lake Hartwell! Water year round!

Our home is a unique A-frame style lake house located on beautiful Lake Hartwell. We offer a family friendly home with amazing views. A gentle slope to the lake with a dock for swimming or fishing. A large deck, that can be enjoyed day and night, outdoor grill, plus 2 kayaks. Our home is an open floor plan with an unobstructed view of the lake. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with laundry area, dining area for 8, a great room with a sleeper sofa, stone fireplace, a bedroom (king) and a full bathroom. The second floor features a sitting room with a daybed and a second bedroom (king) and a full bathroom.

Lake Hartwell is 56,000 acres where you can enjoy all aspects of water sports, fishing, and swimming. We are minutes from Tugaloo State Park (hiking, miniature golf, volley ball), Harbor Light Marina (boat rental available), the Poplar Springs Boat Launch and historic Lavonia where quaint shops and restaurants offer a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of the city. Also a 30-minute drive will take you Commerce, GA--home to the Tanger Outlets--or to Clemson, SC.

We provide linens/bath towels. Washer and dryer on site for your convenience.

Everything truly about the property was phenomenal from check-in to location to communication! Just a great cabin sitting back against the lake. The house was very responsive to all of our questions. Will definitely stay at the property again.

Great location, great communication. Absolutely beautiful cabin. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin that had everything we needed. The deer were out playing this morning and we were able to stay warm while we watched them through the beautiful windows.

Great family spot

This place met all our needs with the back porch view of the lake and passing deer to the canoe and kayak paddles in the lake. Great neighbors and quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful stay

We love this home. It was perfect for our visit with our daughter at UGA. We stayed for a long weekend, spent one day just enjoying the house, the lake. It was very clean, well maintained and beautiful. We look forward to coming back to stay.

Quiet and Relaxing

Great lake house

The house was roomy and comfortable with all the needed amenities. The lot was well kept and the walk down to the water wasn't bad. We enjoyed a relaxing stay and would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house in a very quiet location. Nice big backyard, of course on a beautiful arm of the lake. Everything you could possibly need included in the house.

Perfect Lake House

This place was amazing. The views of the lake were beautiful whether inside the house looking through the large windows or out in the yard. Even saw 2 deer walking through the yard one morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Hartwell cabin

Stay was great, house was just like the photos, clean and comfortable. Loved seeing the deer walk by the back deck every morning and evening. Highly recommend.

Nice short stay

We needed a house for a fishing tournament and this was above my expectations. The house is in a nice quiet cove with easy access to Tugaloo State park. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for a whole family. I look forward to staying at this house again for any future trips to Hartwell.

Nice House on Lake

Nice house on Lake Hartwell. We caught bass and catfish off dock. Neighbors are close by and could hear them but overall we had a great stay.

Beautiful House

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was so clean and was stocked with everything you need for an amazing time with the family ❤️. We loved how the house was decorated and the really tall ceilings. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great time on the lake.
