Beautiful home located on Lake Hartwell

MAIN FEATURES - 2 bedroom, 2 bath lake home makes a great Get-A-Way any time of the year. It features a FENCED BACK YARD, Game Room with Pool Table, WiFi Wireless Internet, and Satellite TV.

LIVING ROOM features Flat Screen Smart TV, & Pull Out Couch plus

a Non-Working Decorative Only Fireplace.

SLEEPS 4-8: 4 in two bedrooms (Master has a King Bed, Second Bedroom has a Queen). PLUS 2 more on the Pull-Out in the Living Room. PLUS 3 extra mattresses for the floor of the Game Room.

Park as many as 5 cars right in front of the house in the concrete driveway. Two additional dirt parking areas can accommodate vehicles and boat trailers. CAUTION: STEEP DRIVEWAY

LARGE SHADED DOCK: A sloping path leads to your shaded 14x28 dock with swim ladder and covered slip. Electricity is available at the walkway

PET FRIENDLY: This house is Pet Friendly so you can bring your furry friend along. (See our Pet Policy and be sure to call first, additional fees apply).

VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION: Less than 3 miles off of I-85 and within 30 minutes of Lavonia, Westminster, and Seneca.

This property was really dirty. We did not stay, after the first night. We had to wash the mattress cover and sheets to sleep. I can not recommend and I hate to write such a negative review but this place shouLd not be a vacation home.

House in general was nice. Large house. Didn't know neighbors were going to be so close. Didn't know lawn people etc would be coming by. Shower curtains had mold on them so I washed them both before showering. Had to contact rental agent about gate in back to be accessed. Dock needs repairs. Outside Firepit thing all rusted, couldn't use. The place could use some TLC inside and outside. Overall I did have a okay time. Just thought it would have been more secluded.

The house had everything we needed and was comfortable. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, good WiFi, excellent AC, and the pool table all added to the trip. Our dogs loved the back yard and access to a doggie door downstairs. The back deck area could use some cleaning (especially the fans) but we didn’t spend much time hanging out there. Communication with the host was excellent and questions were answered quickly. The neighborhood itself is quiet, though the din of I-85 traffic is incessant. It’s not a huge distraction if you’re in the house, but it is highly audible and visible from the dock. Overall we had a good and relaxing visit.

Homey and Comfortable Home

Loved staying here, unfortunately weather was not the best so we were not able to enjoy the lake as much as we would have liked. It was a comfortable and well stocked home.

Fair Play lake house.

Property was pretty much what we expected. It was a little disappointing that the fence did not get repaired because we had to have our pup on a leash the entire time. Property itself was comfortable and convenient. Lake access was also good. Discount at Harbor Lights Marina was appreciated.

Great time, cool spot

Cool place to stay in a great location. Beds and rooms were comfortable and the pool table was a good addition to the fun we had. Kitchen (dishes) and master bath could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. Other than that it was great and would recommend staying there to others.

What great communication with the property manager. We needed to extend our stay and she made that process so easy!!! Lovely lake views and well equipped home.

Nice property

This was a very nice lake house and property. My family and I had a good time playing pool and swimming in the lake. Very nice house but could use a deep cleaning, spider webs in places and dusty other than that the house was great and the king size bed was very comfortable and the fenced in yard was great for my daughters Labradoodle 😊

Amazing Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, the ac was cool. Enjoyed the deck and swimming off the dock. Kitchen was well appointed. Pool table kept my boys entertained for hours. House is much larger than it appears from pictures and description. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great vacation.

Perfect location and house

Let me start by saying, we absolutely Loved the layout of this house!! It was amazing. We brought our little family down to the area to look for waterfalls and we found them and so much more. The house was homey and comfortable. The property manager was on top of her game and her recommendations were perfect for us. We definitely will be back. This was one of our absolute favorite vacation spots!!

Making memories

Very nice quiet getaway house is spacious,coupon for pontoon was great enjoyed the day with fishing swimming boating. Passed to the boat dock not so easy boat dock was nice. Could use some night lights for night fishing and no joke about the driveway. That is one steep driveway. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you.
