Secluded Lake Front Cabin - on Lake Hartwell, with Dock, Fenced Yard, Fire Pit.

Swim, fish, canoe, kayak, paddle boat and enjoy the lake from the dock. Roast marshmallows around the bonfire. Tugaloo Park is 1.5 miles away - enjoy the amenities - beach, tennis, picnic area, mega boat ramps with parking fee.

Rocking chairs on the screen porch with electric fireplace over look the lake, deer feeder, fire pit and gentle sloping path to the dock. Updated kitchen and sitting area with a dinner table for eight. Ensuite with king and full bath on main floor. Downstairs has a large bunk room with two queen/twin bunks and one twin/twin bunk plus full bathroom.

The daylight terrace level family room has a washer/dryer closet and also leads to patio. BBQ grill is propane and charcoal; bring your own fuel. Nearly 1.5 acre wooded lot offers private get away. Concrete parking for 4+ cars with stairs leading down to cabin.

We offer a paddle boat, 2 canoes and 1 kayak with paddles and life jackets.

My favorite part of this cabin is that there are no homes within 150 feet. You may see deer, birds, eagles, hawks and other wildlife.

We are 41 minutes from Clemson University & 62 minutes from University of Georgia.

Lovely lake house

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our dog loved the fenced in area and was highly entertained by all of the deer (we were too!). Did not use the lake since it was cold but loved the view. My girls liked having their own area. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this rental. Lots of room, very clean; loved seeing the deer and lone duck that visited the feeder. Very peaceful. Also loved the tv and fireplace on the porch. Would like to visit again.

Beautiful location

Very clean, tons of special touches-kcups, popcorn, dog treats, dog door, large fenced yard, boats, paddles, life jackets, etc. Super comfortable bed upstairs. The downstairs bunk bed we slept on was also a great mattress. Spacious beautiful property. And watching all the deer every evening was magical. Highly recommend!

Christmas Family Getaway

We decided to get away for Christmas this year, we didn't have much time but we wanted to do something different than previous years We hit the jackpot with this property, the attention to detail in the home as far as the Christmas decor and other accommodations was just perfect. And there was even great accommodations for our dogs. The kitchen was well appointed, the screened in porch with the fireplace could seat all of us comfortably. The property was nicely maintained, the kids enjoyed the fire pit, the dock and the shoreline was great as well. We will definitely be returning soon. Our Christmas was that much better because of this property, absolutely loved it

Thanksgiving vacation

The lake house was a great getaway for the whole family. Even though it was a bit cold we had a blast watching the deer wandering around and the duck coming all the way up from the lake to make his presence known. Plenty of yard for the grandchildren to enjoy a day of playing outdoor activities and enjoying a little fun on the paddle boat. We are thankful for your place that created great memories for us and would definitely recommend this place for a visit. .

A pretty good lakeside cabin

This cabin was nice. There were dirty dishes in the sink upon arrival, and the downstairs had deodorizers to mask a musty smell. The lake is beautiful and deer were everywhere.

Oh deer!

Great location. Fred the goose is an jerk, stealing the deer food. The half albino deer is cool. You don't need to bring anything here. They supply everything.

Pleasant and peaceful

Celebrated my husband's 60th birthday with a long weekend stay here. Excellent surroundings. Great set up for us and our dogs. Appreciate the owner's hospitality for letting us stay at a fabulous place. We will be returning for certain!

Lovely little cabin in the woods with lake views!

Cabin is well appointed with clear instructions for wi/fi, tv, and amenities. Loved the screened porch and the dog run! Lots of deer watching too!

Hartwell Lake Cabin

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. Bill, the host, is gracious. The location is beautiful, the cabin is charming and has everything you need to prepare a nice meal, play on the lake, sit by the fire or just relax and rewind. We lost one of our 2 dogs recently and brought our old golden retriever with us for some healing time. She had a blast swimming, chasing the minnows near the dock, watching Fred the duck and the deer saunter by. All and all a great little place for a lake getaway.

Lake cabin

Stayed here with my husband for long weekend celebrating our anniversary. We were looking for a place with lake access and fun for our water loving labs. This place did not disappoint! Very secluded and wooded. Dogs had fenced in area outside and loved jumping off the dock. The amount of deer that visited was amazing! We also had a very friendly duck visit every morning! House was very well stocked and decor was relaxing and cute. Would definitely visit again.

Meet in the middle

This place was perfectly situated in the middle of all of our activities. The lake was stunning and the wildlife was amazing. Bill was so gracious to mail back my dress and jacket that I left behind.

Family vacation

Perfect Lake house.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was perfect for our family with every amenity you could need or want. The lake is beautiful and we enjoyed the kayaks and the paddle boat. If you love wildlife you will love this place. The deer are everywhere and you get to feed them which I loved. And Fred….IYKYK. We will be back.

Lots to like about this Lake House

We enjoyed our stay and loved so much about the house: The kitchen is well stocked The back porch is lovely to hang out Loved the grills, kayaks, corn hole Internet connection a good 90% Lots of towels AC worked well (it was hot hot hot) Enjoyed the deer and Fred the Duck! The only reason we might not return is the comfort of the beds. Also the dock would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Due to water levels being low there are two 2X4s and a pallet rigged up to extend to the dock.

Great Lake getaway

This worked out really well for me, wife, 3 kids and dog. The lake and dock were great and the kayaks, cornhole and fire pit were a nice bonus. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Spot on Lake Hartwell

Great location especially if you have multiple kids. The downstairs bedroom has multiple bunk beds allowing kids their space. Tons of deer come to the feeder when you place corn in it. Would rent again.

Family vacay

Wonderful property! Great for people and for pets! Great access to lake and we really enjoyed the dock, screened in porch, and firepit. Rental had everything you could possibly need- very well stocked and accommodating! Loved seeing all the wildlife as well. Great trip enjoyed by all

Perfect stay!

Pictures don't do this place justice! Aside from beautiful & plentiful furnishings, the area itself was breathtaking and did our suburban souls good! From watching deer families come & go to meeting Fred the Muscovy duck and watching the squirrels play chase, our stay was solid 10. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot & the kitchen was fully stocked...the only thing missing was maybe a pizza wheel for when we didn't really feel like cooking ;) Wonderful getaway, thank you having this place available.
