This is the Ultimate Vacation Cabin for Fishing, Swimming, and just Relaxing. This property has easy access down to the water. There is a large dock with Two Slips and a Swimming Deck.We are on Deep Water not in a Cove.The View is Spectacular from the Cabin or Dock.
The inside of this Cabin has been designed and decorated with a modern farmhouse feel and features a Kitchen with a Subzero Fridge and Ceramic Cooktop. The Bathroom is large and includes a Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Million dollar view

Peaceful cabin on the lake

We had a wonderful visit to rural Georgia to stay in this quiet and peaceful cabin on Lake Hartwell in Martin, GA. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend (ie stocked kitchen, linens, towels, WIFI and Roku TV). Seeing family photos around the cabin made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

The only thing I didn’t like about this place was having to leave! It was absolutely perfect in every way! Wonderful communication, very clean, perfect location on the lake with gorgeous view! We had our Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was stocked wonderfully. I can’t Wait to go back! Thank you so much for opening your home up for others to enjoy!

Fantastic experience and value

This is the perfect get away for when you need to disconnect. The property is clean and well maintained. It has everything you need. It’s beautiful and relaxing.

Family lake trip

My family and I have been renting this little gem for years and have had many many memories here. We were lucky again to of shared another family weekend here and we adore this place so much. It’s so homey and rustic cabin feel right on the lake and we love that we can bring our pets and all spend so much time together outside. This place is a slice of paradise for me and my family!

We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway. Perfect for people traveling with pets. We had a great time and plan to visit again! Owners were very accommodating and called to make sure we had everything we needed.

True Contentment

This cabin was the best we've ever stayed in and can't believe we had such a hidden treasure closest to our home. We loved it. The owner Mark was very helpful an made sure we had everything to make our stay complete. We look forward to visiting again in the very near furture.

Pretty and Peaceful

My family and I were just looking for somewhere close to Clemson and ended up with our new favorite vacation spot. The cabin was beautiful, well-equipped and great for families with children. Despite the rainy weekend, the view of the lake through the wall of windows was beautiful. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy the lake when the weather warms up.

Excellent

My family and I have stayed at this cabin multiple times. Has everything you need, comfortable, clean and overall a good time! The owners are excellent and available if needed. A big plus that it is pet friendly and fenced in so your furry loved ones can enjoy family lake trips as well. Nice outdoor grill and many outdoor seating areas to relax. Short flat distance to the lake with lots of beach.

Peaceful Location

The cabin was nicely decorated and equipped with the basics to meet our needs. Although we had a rainy weekend, We enjoyed sipping wine as we watched local wildlife through the picture windows. Restaurants were only 15 minutes away and the well stocked country store was less than 5 minutes away. It was a Peaceful location where we were able to take a break from our busy lives.

Quaint and relaxing

It honestly doesn't get much better than this! My husband and I traveled with our three dogs as we were passing through to NC. We were able to recharge our batteries as we swung on the swing, looking at the lake each morning, and listened to the crackling fire in the fireplace each night. We will definitely make plans to come back for an extended period of time.

Breath Taking

My aunt and I needed to get away . This cabin is just what the Dr ordered. Beautiful views of the lake! The kitchen had every thing you need to cook with and then some. It was on gentle slope. We are looking forward to another visit in the fall. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

House with an amazing view!

The house had a really great feel, comfortable and homely. Loved the deck and direct view of the lake. My husband and I came to the lake to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. Thank you for providing us with a tranquil spot to celebrate together. The house and view have made the vacation everything we could have hoped for. We also rented the pontoon boat for the first week and enjoyed cruising around the lake - very relaxing. I hope to return some day!

Quiet Getaway

The cabin is perfect for a rustic getaway. There’s not alot to do in the area but we were there for quiet restful week. The cabin fit the bill. Fully stocked with everything you might need, but no closets. We usually hang our clothes for a week stay so was a bit surprising. The extra bedroom however allowed us to just lay our clothes out. I do not like living out of a suitcase for a week. It was very cold during our stay (one morning 21 degrees) we were a bit disappointed that the fireplace was not usable. It was shown in a few of the pictures in the listing but once there it has signs on it to not use. It was not listed in the amenities but the pictures did not show the do not use signs. All that being said we loved the cabin. I personally spent all my time while there sitting in the window seat it was beautiful morning, noon and night.Great communication with the owner! The large fenced yard provided great entertainment and exercise for our pups.

Awesome view

We had a great weekend getaway at your cabin. We loved the outdoor space, spent most of the time there. The fenced yard worked great for our dog except for the few times we had local dog visitors. Enjoyed some great fishing within sight of the house, over the three days we caught 38 bass including spots, largemouth, and hybrids. Thanks for all the info prior to arriving, particularly the boat ramp.

Wonderful winter weekend at the lake

Most people would love this cabin in the summer, but think of it as the perfect winter get-away. Each morning waking up and walking out of the bedroom to that wall of windows, and the sun rising over the lake , while cozy and warm inside the wonderful cabin. The cabin was very well laid out to maximize space and you didn't want for anything. The kitchen was better equipment than mine at home! The fenced yard let our pooch wander around, she loved that! The area was fun too, explored a bit in the day (go to Split Creek Farm for goat entertainment), and watched movies with a glowing fire at night. Life is good at this cabin!

Gorgeous lake view!

We enjoyed our anniversary at the cabin. The Lake views are stunning. We relaxed, enjoyed cooking, fires by the Lake, a perfect getaway for a couple and dog friendly too. Lots of room for a family vacay. The cabin has books, games and puzzles if you have a bad weather day for you to play indoors. The cabin is the perfect blend of rustic with modern conveniences. From the easy reservation process to simple checkout instructions you will love your stay at The Contentment Cabin! One thing though, we forgot to pack matches/lighter. Come prepared so you will be able to enjoy the charcoal grill and fire pit. The little Calico store saved us.
