Beautiful, newly furnished condo within minutes of Rocky Mountain National Park, Lumpy's Ridge, and walking distance to the Stanely Hotel and Estes Park downtown. The secluded condo is located in a quiet area with access to a green space. The covered deck off the master bedroom provides a perfect place to enjoy breathtaking views of Long's Peak and the Continental Divide.

This home has an open kitchen - living room area, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, media room, wireless internet, and a double car garage. The family room (lower level) contains a queen sofa sleeper, a WiFi HD TV with blue ray DVD player, and half bath. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king, full bath, small sitting area, and private deck looking out to the beautiful mountain view. The second bedroom upstairs contains a queen bed and small sitting area and looks out onto the green space where elk and deer are often seen. The 3rd and last bedroom contains a twin/full log bunk bed - perfect for the kids (large or small)! The two bedrooms share a full bath. In addition to the bedrooms upstairs, there is a media room right off the master, equipped with a WiFi HD TV, blue ray DVD player, and media collection. The condo also has a back patio where you can sit and enjoy the green space or pleasant conversation.

We traveled from Ohio for our nephews wedding at black canyon inn, it was a great location close to wedding and close to town. We had coffee every morning watching elk graze in the back with some even walking right by the patio. Would stay here againAnd recommend.

We offer a variety of amenities along with the views, varying and meandering wildlife, proximity to down town, and easy access to the variety of venues offered in Estes Park and the surrounding area. Enjoyed having the gallon water cooler and the Playmate cooler, we used them almost daily.Location was great, and the Elk walking through our property saved us from driving into the park with the crowds!A few noticed issues: hall bath’s shower curtain had mildew on bottom, the master bathtub looked like it wore a dirt ring from baths, and the light above the range was not working. Could have used more dishwasher pods (2 were provided for 5 guests for our 6 night stay), kleenex and a few more rolls of TP. Safeway was very convenient for our restock.Overall, we highly recommend Black Canyon Getaway!

Highly recommend! Our family loved the condo! Close to everything. We also saw an elk family at the front entrance.

This was a perfect unit for our daughter's wedding. It was a destination wedding so we had to drive all of the decorations here and it was alot. Having the big garage was a huge plus. The only thing I'd say, i did not notice the no AC, totally my fault. It was hot and the there was 1 big fan but it didn't help very much. The ceiling fans were somewhat helpful. I don't think it would have made a difference in booking because it was a great location and very roomy. Overall a solid choice.

This beautiful condo was everything we wanted to enjoy our annual Christmas vacation. The property was clean, had plenty of room, and the accommodations made it a stress free stay. Will definitely book again!

Unbeatable location. Groceries, take out, pharmacy at the bottom of the hill. The condo is in a corner plot with a safe fenced area to the side for the grands to play. Great view from balcony. The elk that came by were majestic. I would highly recommend this property and we are so glad we found it for our party of 7 (grands, parents, 7yrs, 5yrs and 20mths). We visited in August. We didn’t expect air con in the mountains. We also didn’t expect the pilot light in the gas fire to be on 24:7 and continuously convecting HEAT! Even though the fireplace is technically off the grills and glass front are hot to touch. We tried to counteract this as advised by opening doors and windows and running ceiling and portable fans but this could only be done when in the property. The condo gets HOT in the summer when closed up all day…of course the rest of the year this would be a blessing. A couple of requests would be for hangers, towels without bleach stains, a night stand on both sides of a non creaking bed, kitchen dishes that aren’t damaged or broken including the high chair. Instructions were clear and communication with owners was easy by email and phone calls.

We had a lovely stay while in town for a wedding. The rental was clean and close to town. I appreciated that the hosts messaged me about the last payment when VRBO didn't do it automatically as I had expected.

Great place

We are David and Debbie from Nebraska; we have called the Scottsbluff/Gering area our home for the majority of our lives. Originally, Dave grew up in eastern Nebraska and Debbie right here in Gering. We are Huskers by birth and Huskers for life (Sometimes questioning management decisions). We now are beginning to think about retirement and what that will look like, we love Colorado and all it has to offer. We especially love the Estes Park area, its beautiful scenery, abundant wild life, and the great outdoors. With our children and grandchildren living on the Front Range, everyone loves the trips to Estes Park. We have enjoyed staying at vacation homes so everything considered it just made sense to purchase this home.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The number one reason we purchased this property was for its breathtaking view of Long's Peak! Deb and I love waking up and seeing the view outside the master bedroom. Secondly, we wanted a home within walking distance of town, it is! (Deb walks, I ride) Third, we wanted a home with enough space for family and friends to feel comfortable. We think that our family is going to really enjoy this place and hope that yours does too!
