Riverside Cottage is brought to you by the owners of Rockhedge (listing #275450 on VRBO.com) another historic home in Estes Park that is a favorite vacation rental for many guests.

We are now proud to present this 1908 Historic Cottage. Riverside Cottage was built on land once owned by Lord DunRaven. We have lovingly restored this Cottage by maintaining the character and charm of days gone by and improving the home with modern amenities. It is conveniently located in the center of Estes Park Village across the road from the River Walk Park. Easy walk to all shopping, restaurants, and festivals in Town Park. You can take this walkway to the Estes Park Visitors Center & all the way around Lake Estes. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Parking for One Car only on the concrete driveway in front of the Cottage.

Riverside Cottage is a licensed vacation rental property.

Beautifully crafted cozy home within walking distance of seemingly everything. After a day out exploring it was the perfect base camp to come home too. It was perfect for our vacation!

The perfect location if you want to be within walking distance of pretty much everything downtown on Elkhorn & even beyond. This property is meticulously maintained & professionally managed. It far exceeded our expectations. We won’t bother looking anywhere but Riverside Cottage from here on out for our Estes trips.

Riverside Cottage was wonderful! It was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at and it was spacious, yet cozy. Everything you can imagine was included; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels & even robes in each closet. A very nice coffee bar was set up along with seasonings and condiments available. We had our coffee in the breakfast nook and enjoyed the patio in the afternoons. An excellent location with the riverwalk across the street and 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain NP. The owner even stopped by and we learned all about this beautiful home. We’ll be back!

Beautiful place, loved the old fashioned charm.... Great location, we could walk to anything in the downtown area without trying fight and pay 2.00 per hour to park even if we could have found a spot ! Temps were quite warm so both upper bedrooms were very warm without an a/c system. Other than that everything was wonderful.

We loved staying here! There was plenty of room for our entire party(grandparents, parents and child). The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the location was great to access all of Estes. The property manager was responsive and friendly. We will stay here again!

We really enjoyed this very clean, historic home with great updated bathrooms and kitchen. Hosts were quick to respond and communicated all details needed. Location is perfect, just park once and walk all of Estes.

Needs a better locking system, such as a keypad on the door, rather than bending over a bench in the dark trying to see a numbered lock box. No music, owner said he is working on that. The heat went out but they responded quickly and fixed it that night. Close proximity to everything, but no views. The house was very quaint and well equipped. Beds comfortable. Great management
