Excellent communication and check-in. We called twice during the week about something and received prompt attention. Place is quiet and easy walking access to many things. We had a three bedroom that seems tough to find. Excellent place!

This two story comfortable home was perfect for three adults. We all had our own rooms and the condo was stocked with everything a hotel might have, plus a laundry and two car garage! Our last day there we had a harem of elk and one great big bull! It was such a hi-light to have them right in our backyard! We were thrilled.

The location of the property was excellent for a short drive into Estes Park! Also, great to see wild life in the field behind the property! The Elk Haven property was very comfortable for my family’s stay and would recommend staying!

We had a wonderful stay and appreciate all the items that were made available to us from the kitchen to the bedrooms, and everything was perfect. The views out the back window where incredible. We saw deer and turkeys and other wildlife. We love the setup of the house. It was very comfortable. The only thing we would suggest is that it be known that to get into that particular Unit one has to go around to the very back door in order to plug in the Code that has the check Mark. It took us quite a while to figure that out. But that would be very helpful. I’m hoping to plan a trip back to estés Park next year and this is where I want to stay again!

Property was clean however since the property did not have A/C it was warm with no windows to get fresh air in the living area. The bathroom upstairs in the hallway is missing a screw to the toilet seat. The middle bedroom the sheets didn’t fit the bed. It was a nice place it just wasn’t as big as the picture showed.

Absolutely perfect location - close to the town, Stanley Hotel (see shows, great food and drink), plus the surrounding forests for hiking, fishing, etc

The property was well maintained but a large bush growing in front of the garage made it very difficult to get in and out of the garage with 2 vehicles. The air conditioning downstairs did not work and due to lack of windows which would open it was rather warm during the day. I wish there was somewhere to sit outside downstairs for our whole group to enjoy the mountains. I loved the master suite and the air conditioning up stairs was awesome. The condo was very well stocked. The parking was just a major issue especially when neighbors were next door it was very difficult to get in and out due to the rocks in front of the garage and the big bush on the side.

We also want to let you know that our maintenance team has been scheduled to trim back the bush by the garage to ensure smoother access. While we have never had other guests mention any trouble pulling into the garage, we take your feedback seriously and want to make getting in and out as easy as possible.

Great location

We loved the location for its easy access to RMNP and Estes Park downtown. Views of the mountains are incredible from the owners suite and we loved seeing the daily wildlife around the property.Only suggestion would be for new chairs on the balcony!

Wonderful!

Everything was great-just as pictured! It has a lovely, quiet setting. The house and kitchen are furnished well and the hosts are very helpful. We would love to stay here again.
