This brand new construction home boasts an unbeatable location, less than one mile from one of the best beaches in summer, half a mile from the Tahoe Cross Country Center in the winter, and less than 30 minutes from two of the best ski resorts in North Lake Tahoe. The perfect home away from home, this charming property offers both beauty and functionality.

The main level features an open floor plan and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and contemporary bar seating. The kitchen opens to a bright and welcoming living room with a cozy fireplace and flat-screen TV, the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.

The spacious Primary Suite is located on the main floor, outfitted with a traditional sleigh bed, gorgeous wood floors, and a private deck. Downstairs, guests will find two additional guest rooms which share another full bath. Equipped with everything necessary for a magical getaway in the mountains, Skyland Jewel is sure to impress.

1. Maximum Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 6.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Dollar Point amenities (including swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts) are not available to renters.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.

Excellent property in central Lake Tahoe. Fantastic neighborhood with a lovely deck to enjoy quiet time after a busy day on the lake. Communication was exemplary and check in and out was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Our family of 4 had a great time at this location. Beautifully situation in Dollar Point in the woods with a great deck for relaxing and being outdoors. Will stay again!

Amazing Week!

Excellent property! Plenty of space to relax when we weren't taking in all that Tahoe has to offer. Perfectly located to activities in Tahoe City, Truckee and King's Beach. A/C would be a nice addition as it got quite hot despite an abundance of box fans and open windows. But it didn't detract from the quality of the cabin. We will certainly return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the queen bed was unusually high..hard to get in and out of the bed downstairs was a small full bed..odd that it was not a queen and was not comfortable for 2 adults. these 2 issues we found odd in a house that was otherwise quite nice and very enjoyable.

Nice property terrible property mgmt

Nicely remodeled home in good location but property mgmt company was not on their game. House had only two towels per bathroom and no floor mats for bathroom floor. No dish soap or hand soap. No laundry detergent yet they expected us to wash the towels for them.

Thank you for sharing your recent stay experience. It helps us to improve our service levels. We apologize that the supplies in your vacation home did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide each guest with starter welcome supplies of travel-sized toiletries, bathroom/kitchen paper products and dish/laundry detergent to accommodate guests for the first day or two until they can replenish supplies for the remainder of their stay. We also provide each guest with a set of towels. There are typically extra towels in the linen closets, as well. Each home has a washer and dryer in case guests would like to freshen up their linens. After reviewing your reservation details we did note that you were adamant about checking into your vacation early. Our housekeeping teams work as diligently and quickly as possible for guest arrivals and they may have missed some of the supplies, due to your early check-in request. We did not see any notes of you notifying guest services regarding your linens and supplies concerns or we would have certainly brought supplies to you as quickly as possible. We are glad that you enjoyed Skyland Jewel at Dollar Point vacation home and its location.

No complications

I don’t want to have to work when on vacation. I don’t want to call nobody, explain a problem, fix something or get annoyed with an issue. Staying here was everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. We all loved the house, it was clean (very clean), in a good location and in a great shape. The garage was also accessible which was a plus. Check in was seamless with a lock box and communication from the manager timely. Great.

Everything at this place is 5 Star except the mattresses. Loved the location, the cleanliness, amenities, will like to go back again this summer and hope the mattresses are updated like the rest of house!

Beautiful Home, Great Location, Will Return For Sure

New build home, with all the kitchen amenities you could ever need. Management company on this property is 5 star. HOA beach is walkable (about 20 mins), through nice quiet neighborhood streets. Lots of good shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby in Tahoe City.

Lovely home in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a really great home and it was perfect for our vacation. It's well furnished, new and clean. Comfortable beds, nice linens, well equipped kitchen. The home was everything we wanted for a weeks' stay in the summer. The location was great for us since we could bike or walk to the tennis courts and pool, or bike to the trail to lead into Tahoe City.

Nice new home but missing A/C

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for a regatta that was located only 5 min away so it was a perfect location for us. The house is new, which is great but there are no ceiling fans and no A/C and by the 3rd night the upstairs was very hot. There stand up fans but they didn't help much. I'm sure most of the season it's not an issue though. The floors were quite dusty - almost like from new construction but other than that most everything was really nice, new towels and bedding. Oddly some very old things brought into the new (dishes, etc) but it was still nice.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Like the vast majority of homes in Lake Tahoe, this home is not equipped with air conditioning. To keep the home cool, we recommend opening up the home in the evening, when temperatures drop to the 40's.
