From here, you can exit to the terrace and enjoy the panoramic view of the valley. Another living/dining room with a kitchen corner and a double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC and a flat-screen TV with air conditioning are also located on this level. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and steamer. Additionally, there is a shower/bidet/WC on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with a bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath, and a flat-screen TV. There are also two more living/dining rooms with kitchen corners, a double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC and a flat-screen TV, and another double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath, and a flat-screen TV. This level also features a living room that leads to the garden and a bathroom.
