We stayed for 3 nights with 14 adults and 2 children and had a wonderful family getaway. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the pool, waterfall, cabana, and party pavilion gave us so many places to relax and spend time together. The outdoor setup was definitely one of our favorite parts of the property. It was also very convenient to the Frio River and everything around Concan. This is a great place for a large family or group wanting to make memories together. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Absolutely stunning

Fun place close to the river.

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is well equipped with everything you need. We spent most of our time in the pool. Lots of comfortable seating in the outdoor spaces around the pool and in the backyard.

Great Concan rental

Our family group of 14 enjoyed our stay at Agua Bonita. Close to the river & all things Concan. Beds were comfy, great pool & outdoor area at this home. Property manager was very responsive.

The house is nice! So comfy and cozy. the pool is amazing! The kids loved it so much they never wanted to get out the pool.

Family vacay

Beautiful home, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the pool was perfect for kids to play, after a day at the river, while the adults were getting supper ready! Easy to communicate with property owners. Will def be back!

The outside of this house 😍

Had some plumbing issues but overall everything else was great. My family and I mostly enjoyed the outside of this house. The pool, the bar & the games outside was so much fun!

Frio River Agua Bonita

Property was perfect size for our needs. Pool was great. Accommodations were spacious and plenty of privacy for all. A/C was not adequate and guest house was hot and humid.

60tj birthday party

This was the perfect place to throw a party for my mother’s 60th birthday. She had approximately 8 friends that she hadn’t seen in years. Everyone was comfortable and there was tons of space. The host always responded promptly to any questions I had. I’d definitely recommend this home to a large family or group.

Great House

This is a very nice property in a convenient location. We had 16 total guests and never felt cramped. The pool and outdoor patio area were great, especially with the Frio running dry due to the drought. We had a small issue with the A/C unit in the guest cottage upon arrival, but the mgmt team responded quickly. It was fixed in no time. We had a great time. Enjoy!

The outside space is where it's at!!

We LOVED this property. The inside is super dark as people mentioned, but you're not there to hang out inside during the day. The pool and yard are amazing. Watch for the acorns, though... they're out to get you. A broom onsite would be helpful to clear them out and save your footsies. Definitely going to keep this on our return list.

Awesome house

We had 3 families staying in the house. We all loved the beautiful pool area. Thee was enough room for all of us. We weren’t bumping elbows at all. I wish there would have been more space to unpack a suitcase in the third bedroom. I prefer not to live out of the suitcase because you always have to pull out the suitcase and then put it away. I think there needs to be more storage in the third bathroom. Shelves in the bathroom would have been nice but we made everything work just fine. We would definitely stay at the house again.

Much Needed Family-Time

The patio and pool were fantastic. We are a cooking family so each planned a dinner for the family! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking ware and utensils. The weather was too cool to fully enjoy the beautiful pool.
