Condo is exactly or better than advertised. Location is excellent, beach is just steps away, stores and restaurants were an easy stroll. JAX beach is one of the best in Jacksonville, and this condo is south of the high-rises which makes it much less crowded. Condo was up-to-date, well equipped kitchen, linens, bikes, beach chairs, & nice shaded porch. The condo is a little small, but for the two of us, there was plenty of room. Would even be good for a family of four, easily. Mstr Brdrm is roomy and the walk-in closet has plenty of shelves, drawers, and lots of hangers. Which I really appreciated. A very pleasant surprise, was the stacked washer and dryer. Lucky us. I almost hate to tell you how much we enjoyed this condo, because you are all going to want to rent it and then next year, I may not be able to get the condo for ourselves. The pool and pool house were under construction when we were there, so we did not get to see the final result but it looks like it is going to be beautiful. The owner was easy to work with. We felt that we were well taken care of, so be sure to take good care of her condo and belongings, which she has generously left for your enjoyment.
