This was our first year staying at the property! We fell in love and plan to stay there again in the upcoming years! The convenience to the beach was our favorite part, literally steps from the beach! I would highly recommend staying on this property!

This was our 2nd visit to the property. Love the location with easy access to beach and within the lovely Atlantic Shores neighborhood. Property is historic, quaint, with all the amenities you need. Will definitely book again.

This is our third time staying at Beach Cottage II in Atlantic Shores and we love it. We appreciate older beach homes with their ambience and style.The large screened-in porch is perfect for sitting, reading, eating, and just taking in the energy of the neighborhood. You literally just walk across the street to the beach path. The house has all the amenities you need.Marita is an excellent host being responsive and making it easy to check-in to the property.
