Gorgeous 3/2 SFH brand-new pool & spa,30ft dockage

We welcome you to our piece of paradise in the heart of the Florida Keys! This ground level, SFH with a brand new pool & spa will guarantee to impress. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail while out back watching the birds, fish, manatees and sunrises/sunsets. This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and twin futon. The 2nd room has a queen bed and the third room has a trundle w. 2 twins. There is a queen sofabed in living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. There is also a bbq grill outside as well as a nice tiki area. There is trailer and vehicle parking in front of the home.

Please note there is a 7 night minimum for rentals and we rent Saturday to Saturday in high season.

The pool can be heated for a fee of $150/ week.

NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.

House has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Marathon. Kitchen is stocked with all the items you will need….coffee maker, blender, utensils, plates, cups. House was spotless and is set up nicely for a great family vacation. We will be back.

The host was very easy to communicate with. Very easy to reach out to and quickly getting back with us. We spent our whole 2 weeks at the pool/hot tub. Very comfortable house. Equipped with everything needed. Comfortable beds, nice neighborhood.

Stay was great! Location had all amenities and was very cozy. Was able to park 22ft boat on dock and park trailer in front of house with no issues. Pool was amazing as was the sauna. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very cute, clean, great backyard

Was very cozy and had a great backyard to lounge by the pool or on the dock. Very clean and renter was very accommodating.

awesome rental

property was clean and neat and communication with manager was awesome. home , pool , spa and boat dock fit our needs we brought our 18 ft center console and docking was a breeze as was putting our boat in at the aviation blvd ramp.

We had a fine stay in Marathon. The house is older and small, but it had all the amenities necessary for a great week. And for the price, we felt it was a good value.The house was clean, the AC's are mini-splits, so not central air. Need to watch what doors you close or portions of the house warmed up. Wasn't a problem once we figured out the flow. I don't think it would be a problem ever in the cooler months. It was HOT in Marathon this June. The pool area was great, though the pool got hot by mid afternoon. Not the homes fault, again. We parked a large pick up truck, a boat trailer and another smaller car in the driveway, no problem.The only somewhat negatives for us: the lack of a back door (the only access to the backyard is through sliding glass in each bedroom) and the tree by the dock. While shade was nice by the fish cleaning station, the tree dumped a lot of leaves and such into our boat every day, which was a pain, and also hung low enough to get in the way of rods and the T-top. The big limb over the dock should go away...Overall this house was in a great location and its very suitable for a family with a boat to have a wonderful vacation. Would stay again.

Family Memories

We had a great time ! Very relaxing we had our grandbaby 14 months . The only thing missing was a crib but we brought a pack n play was able to make work . The airport is very close but we didn’t mind the noise . We will be booking again in future .

Marathon fishing trip

We had a great stay at the yellowtail drive property, there were 4 adults in my group and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The dock is large enough for a 30’ boat and there is plenty of room in the front to park your trailer. My wife loved the pool and hot tub, Her review is summed up in one word”Perfect” It’s about 5 minutes to the gulf and 15 to the Atlantic by boat. The airport noise was very minimal.The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with, We would definitely stay here again.

The house is very roomy and has plenty of towels and supplies. The best feature is definitely the pool and hot tub which were warmer than the house at times. The house was listed as having heat and there was no heat in the house period, only air conditioning units. This was verified when we requested instructions on how to turn on the heat, which no solution was offered. The temps were in the mid 40’s for several nights and several days were around 50. The chill in the house also created a musty/moldy smell, which was quite strong. The light fixtures over the sink and stove both need fixed.

Timothy, I am so sorry the heating units were not explained fully and confusion remained that kept you from being able to heat the house. All four splits in the house heat as well as cool. You have to push a button under the slide down panel. I am sorry Katie's explanation wasn't clear when you contacted her about it. I wish you would have contacted us again and had her come over and show you. It was a crazy, historic cold wave that week and I am so sorry you guys were cold in the house. I had the AC units cleaned and serviced in case there was an issue created by the cold. I assure you there is no musty smell, I was just down there. I hope you will consider visiting us again at some point in the future and letting us make this up to you. Heather

Paradise

Loved location on marathon. Pool not heating when we arrived called and immediate response, came over and took care of problem. Warm pool and spa. Spa heats up quickly. No other problems but said call anytime. We took some day trips and enjoyed relaxing the evenings. Wonderful

We had four adults, the place was perfect for us. It was nice to sit around the pool early mornings or after a day at the beach. Location was great for beaches, restaurants ect.. except for the noisy airport which seemed to be quite busy. Although they have Kayaks, it was very difficult to navigate them into the water, due to the rocks & tree, an easier accessibility would have been nice. The only complaint I have is that we had a few questions and I had contacted the property manager via email & text a few times she never responded, we figured things out, glad it wasn’t anything serious. Overall I our stay was great! I would definitely stay again. March 2023

Overall, great location, plenty of parking, enjoyed pool & hot tub, the onsite iguanas. We did have issues with no gas for the grill outside, I understand that we would be reimbursed, but should be checked prior to occupancy. Didn’t understand the hose in the pool other than there might be a leak. Didn’t like the noise from the humidifier in each room or understand why. There we ants in the bathroom nearest the pool & remained hot bc there wasn’t an air vent in there. Asked for the limbs to be cut over the dock, was told it couldn’t be done, left stains on our boat deck & the dock sits high up from the water. The bushes needed to be trimmed & why Bougainvillea which we call “the bush of death” around a pool deck. Supplies & amenities were appreciated.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. The tree has been trimmed. The units in each room are the ACs (they are called splits) and we are required to have one in each bedroom but they can be turned off with the remote if you would like to visit again. :)

The neighborhood is a quiet family oriented area with lots of nice neighbors. It’s also on a flow through canal which is much healthier for the ecosystem and allows for all the backyard visitors we so enjoy.

The pool and backyard are next level. I am a gardener and getting to grow all these amazing plants has me feeling like a kid at Disney. Also being able look up at palm trees and stars while you float in a warm pool is delightful. It’s my happy place.
