We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The elevator was very handy with luggage and groceries. The tree off the front porch is beautiful!! The beds were comfy and kitchen fully stocked. Loved sitting on the porch! Plenty of space for family and dog.

Able to accommodate many guests with great layout. Great having the elevator for my mom and loading/unloading vehicles. Close to the beach. Dog friendly with fenced in yard. Checked all our boxes!

Great well equipped house with many amenities. Loved having the elevator for transporting things into the home and for our furry friend who won't go up open backed steps. The one minute walk to the beach was awesome. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great experience and we'll definitely come back.

Fantastic location and smart floor plan! It definitely meets ADA standards; which was the most important requirement. The million dollar double driveway (with a pull thru!!) and the billion dollar shady tree hammock covered porch were absolutely worth the 14 hour drive (or in my case 1.5 hr flight ;))Super easy access to the beach and a short walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream, and souvenir shops. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for having us.

The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was great! Walking distance to the beach, tons of parking, and the elevator was perfect for our grandmother that has difficulty with stairs. We didn’t bring our dog this time, but will definitely bring him next time as this location is very pet friendly! Check-in and check out was easy as well.

We had a wonderful time at this house! We booked it VERY last minute when our trip to Rhode Island was canceled due to a blizzard. Booking this house was extremely easy and smooth.The house has everything you need and is extremely comfortable, including the beds. Excellent location and the elevator was great for my bad knees. The fenced back yard was great for the dogs. We would absolutely say there again!

This was a great space for our two families. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids and 2 dogs. The fenced in backyard was a nice touch for the pets. The beach is 100 yds away and Center St is a 5 min walk. Perfect location. We would definitely visit again.

Great location and awesome house! The beds did have some sand in the sheets but other than that excellent stay. I do wish there were some available beach chairs at the property. We would definitely return.

Great house in Folly Beach. Location was fantastic. Can walk to all the restaurants/shops and beach is just across the street. Our dogs loved beach walks.
