The property management group was easy to work with. The place was clean. We were able to check in early, which is always a plus, since we had been traveling all day. The property is in a great location. Beach just across the street and walkable to shops and restaurants.

The property was in a perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Just a quick walk to the beach. Excellent (covered porch) views of the ocean and pier. The home was clean and the attention to decorative details was phenomenal, created a very beachy vibe. We even added some shells to the collection on the porch. There were boogie boards and rafts in the hall closets which the teen kids loved. We had never been to Folly Beach and loved it. Wish it was a little closer, but it was worth the trip.Thank you to the hosts for an enjoyable week with family.

This is a very nice place to stay - convenient to the city center at Folly, and right on the beach. We stayed in a corner unit, which is very nice, and the views are great. We requested to check out later at the last minute, and the host notified us promptly that it was no problem. The only thing the place needs is a few blankets to cozy up with in the living room, or if people get too hot under the super nice down comforters on the beds.

This condo was exactly as described. Great views and plenty of room for our family. Access to the beach was great as well! It was a little difficult getting into the shower in the master bathroom since it was a jetted tub/shower. I am short and have a bad knee so some type of handle would have helped with this. Communication with the host was great as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Very nice ocean front condo with ocean views from the family room and master bedroom. Small balcony with access from family room and master. Well-equipped kitchen. Bed linens and bath towels provided. Many games in condo. Washer and dryer. Easy arrival and departure communication via text with quick response to questions.Cons: Clean but looks a little worn, e.g., dirty rugs, many missing lightbulbs, visibility out of sliding glass door appears permanently damaged by salt. Paint peeling off ceilings. Middle bedroom has no windows. Continually woken up by people above just walking in their condo.

Our stay was excellent. We received daily text messages checking on us, which made is feel well taken care of. Even before check in, we were provided with detailed information about everything we needed to know, along with helpful suggestions and places to visit. The place was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and truly an excellent place to stay. Its exquisite design and convenient walking distance to the beach made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The primary bedroom could use king sized pillows and a mattress topper as it was too firm. And it would be nice to have some throw blankets on the sofa. Other than that, it was all wonderful and we enjoyed it very much. My daughter lives in the area, so we will be back.

This was an awesome condo! Great location with easy access and great view of the beach. Quick and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was only a 25 minute drive to Charleston. We would definitely stay here again!

Charleston Visit

The Seacoast Villa was within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Also, had a great view of the ocean. The location was close enough to travel to Charleston to visit part of the day and then back to enjoy the beach.

Awesome view of the ocean from the balcony! Very relaxing and quite place to unwind. Loved having three full bathrooms and three bedrooms - tons of space! Will be back again!

The condo has a great layout, and lovely balcony that overlooks the ocean. Property was clean and tidy. Beach access is directly across from the unit, and it’s an easy walk into town. Would def return!

Great Condo in a great location!

We really loved our stay here. The condo is perfect, the view is perfect and the location is perfect. Plenty of space for our family! We highly recommend and would definitely return!
