Our family affordable house is close to everything you need for a relaxing weekend or a week long adventure! It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with an upstairs front porch perfect for relaxing and sipping a drink after spending the day in beautiful downtown Beaufort. The downstairs back porch looks out on a fenced backyard perfect for grilling out or watching the kids play. The house is less than 1 mile from the local boat ramp and less than 2 miles from downtown Beaufort! An easy scenic walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort along Taylor's Creek where you are sure to see the wild horses on Carrot Island along the way. Only 7 miles to Atlantic Beach where you can soak up the rays on the sand!

We enjoyed staying here very much. The hosts were very communicative leading up to our arrival. The rooms were comfortable and very cozy overall. Our stay was too short to enjoy all the amenities, but the location was perfect, and I recommend this location highly.

We loved the location and easy access to Front Street. The home was immaculate and the beds were comfy. The upstairs porch was a highlight. Our hosts were pleasant and very responsive. Would highly recommend. 10/10.

This was the perfect place to stay for the weekend! Close to the dock and such a great atmosphere downtown with so much to do and great shopping! Enjoyed seeing the wild horses on our way into town and sitting on the enclosed porch with a cup of coffee in the morning. Communication and recommendations from the owners were great and much appreciated!

Great place for kids

We had a great time - kitchen well stocked, bedrooms worked well for us and best part was great toys and space for young children.

Family Friendly

Perfect spot for our getaway - very clean and spacious. Bonus points for having a kid friendly place and so convenient to restaurants , shopping and ferrys.

Perfect Place to Experience Beaufort

Affordable, good space for family/group of friends. We had a great trip and used the Cosson's space to rest and recoup after a fun day of exploring Beaufort. Great upstairs porch too!
