Cozy 3 bedroom home 20 minutes from hilo

Cozy and beautiful 900 square foot ranch house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third bedroom has its own entry which can't be accessed in main house and has A queen size bed and it’s own bathroom. 1 room has a queen the other has two singles . All amenities of home. Free wifi and basic cable included. The house is located 20 minutes east of Hilo and a 10 minute drive to the closest town of Keaau. Its a relaxed setting but close enough to most of the attractions that the big island provides. For your convenience, owners are on site to help with any questions that may arise.

I wasn't familiar with those loud frogs all throughout Hilo but had no problems sleeping with the ceiling fans. Quiet in a mostly residential area but it wasn't difficult driving to nearby restaurants/stands or into town.

The hosts were so nice and the house was perfect! A little warm but luckily during our stay it was rainy so fans cooled it down fast. Our stay was very cozy and fun!

The house is not air conditioned, but fans were provided. The toilets need to be updated!The mattresses need to be replaced! Lastly the third bedroom is a separate bedroom, bathroom with only outside access to the other part of the house. The house does have a washer and dryer! It has two nice porches with chairs! The house is in a good location to see different sights!

Wonderful relaxing stay

We lived being able to cook and relax in one place. Excellent location to Hilo and Volcanos National Park. Well stocked for visiting families.

Relaxing place to stay

My husband and young adult kids and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was on a quiet road and had a lovely front porch to sit on.

Very clean and size house that easily accommodated our family of 6. Only negatives were we weren’t able to get in immediately because the key was left inside by the cleaning crew(luckily the host leaves on the property and was home to get us in), it was so hot our first night due to the windows being closed (became comfortable over the rest of our stay, and the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom are separated (you have to take a few steps outside to get to it). Overall a very nice staycation for the family.

We loved our stay and the fact that it was in a quiet countryside where we listened to the concert of thd frogs at night. I'm giving it a 4 stars only because it was extremely hot when we arrived, but that problem was resolved with all the fans that got the air to circulate and push the hot air out of the house and allow us to sleep.

Great place for a family of 6

House had enough room for all of us. It also had beach stuff, plenty of towels and games! Very clean and comfortable.
