This condo was a great location for us to stay to explore the Hilo area and also to go to Volcanoes National Park. The condo was well located, very clean and well appointed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms made sleeping very comfortable. However, the living and dining rooms did not cool down and were uncomfortably warm at times.We enjoyed exploring the Hilo area and the National Park was awesome!

Very nice. Everything was great! Good beds, AC in the bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, nice appliances, super clean. Big clean laundry room. Pool looked good. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, beds were very comfortable. The a/c in the bedrooms worked fine. We walked to the farmer’s market and strolled a bit through town.

The apartment location and size were great. The AC was helpful, but it didn’t actually cool the apartment. Our son’s apartment (in a different complex) stayed cooler without any AC at all. Not sure what the issue was.

Very comfortable unit in a super convenient location. Property manager was communicative and prompt. The cooler and beach towels that were available were very convenient and helpful, as were the flashlights for exploring the caves.

Cute condo in Hilo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo worked well for my stay. It was centrally located in Hilo which made it easy to get around. I was here for work and would definitely rent this place again next time I come back.

Perfect Little Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little Condo in Hilo. Perfect location for all my hiking adventures. Enjoyed the many restaurants in walking distance and inexpensive Uber to various beaches and activities. Fully stocked kitchen let me have some simple meals on the days I just wanted to hang out at the pool. The property was incredibly clean and amenities were fresh and updated.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. Close to downtown so we could walk. The living area was hot but the bedroom units kept us very comfortable at night. Very comfortable for 4 people. Beds were comfortable and shower was good. Water got very hot very fast. Overall it met our needs while in Hilo.

Two-bedroom in Hilo

The listing accurately describes the place. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The kitchen had all the tools I needed to make a few meals here during my stay. The community pool is small but deep and pleasant. It was extremely helpful to have so many laundry machines available for use and right next to the pool. I didn't realize how much I would miss air conditioning throughout the entire apartment, or how hot Hilo could be in Spring time, but that's really a failure to read on my part. The bedrooms got to a pleasant temperature at night, but afternoons in the apartment were very warm.
