Luxurious designer modern western/mission style three-bedroom, two-bath home with panoramic views of the Colorado River's red cliffs, Arches National Park, and the La Sal Peaks. Great views from every window! Watch the ever-changing palette of vibrant colors from sunrise to sunset.
This house sits on a 1 1/2 acre lot for lots of privacy. Close to everything Moab has to offer, only one mile from the center of town. Close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Minutes the infamous Moab Rim, Amasa Back, Slick Rock, and other trailheads.

Fantastic base location for Arches and Canyonland parks. Easy access to downtown Moab. Great patio to hang out and watch the stars! First rate property and amazing location.

My wife and I loved this house and its location. What a view sitting on the patio and at night all the stars. The house is easy to access downtown Moab and just down Kane Road are off-road trails and numerous hiking options. We love Moab and would suggest this house to anyone who likes privacy, but close to everything.

The house was excellent! Only a 5-min drive to the shops and restaurants of downtown Moab, and a peaceful area with great views. The house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay to see the natural wonders of the area.

All four adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised, plus there were many thoughtful pluses like a well-equipped kitchen with handy food storage containers, a well-stocked utility closet, comfortable seating for all in the living room, charging bricks on the nightstands, sunscreen and hand lotion, etc. I hope we have another chance to come visit again! We even managed to take a photo of the Milky Way!

This is one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at. Karen was lovely in all communications. The home was very close to town (literally less than 5 min) yet tucked away just far enough where we had quiet and solitude. Incredible views of the mountains from this home! We enjoyed watching the sunsets. The beds are very comfortable and the place stayed cool from the desert heat. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. My son and daughter enjoyed having their own bedrooms. The decor of the home was very cool as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again should we ever return to Moab.

We had a three night stay in March and it was very comfortable. The location was convenient to town and the parks, yet remote feeling. The view from the back porch was amazing. Karen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would book again.

Great access to town and Arches NP but far away from town enough to have quiet, phenomenal vistas, and peace and quiet. The patio area was perfect for morning coffee and evening al fresco dinners.

Very clean house, great views, and location. Would definitely stay again.

Host was very attentive, and pleasant, house was clean, well equipped, and perfect for us with room to park our trailer. The views were amazing!

Location Location Location

What a wonderful place to stay while exploring Arches National Park and Canyonlands! There is a well-stocked kitchen and we enjoyed eating breakfast there before heading out for the day. The house is very comfortable with awesome surrounding views!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Views were beautiful and beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect location for visiting both Canyonlands NP and Arches NP. Very short drive to get to restaurants in Moab. Great place to stay-highly recommend!
