THE DECOR THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE SELECTED IS WESTERN, SOUTHWEST AND NATIVE AMERICAN DECOR. THE YARD AND PATIO ARE SURROUNDED BY A PRIVACY FENCE. THERE IS A VIEW OF THUNDER MOUNTAIN FROM THE PATIO WHERE YOU CAN BBQ YOUR STEAK AND ENJOY WINE FROM ONE OF THE LOCAL WINERIES.

THE LOCATION IS CLOSE TO (OR WALKING DISTANCE) TO 8 PLUS RESTAURANTS FROM SANDWICH SHOP TO FANCY ITALIAN.

THERE IS A LARGE CHAIN GROCERY STORE AND MOVIE THEATRE ALSO WITHIN A 5 MINUTE DRIVE . YOU CAN WALK A BLOCK TO CATCH A BUS TO DOWNTOWN TO ALL THE SHOPS, MORE RESTAURANTS AND TOURS OF THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDING AREA.

Great stay in west Sedona

Spacious well equipped home in West Sedona. Convenient to shopping and Red Rock state park as well as many other trails. My husband and I were able to both work remotely and enjoy some AZ sunshine. Lots of helpful touches - work light in office, coffee grinder, charging hub by the bed, plenty of hangers and towels. We would stay again.

Very clean, nicely decorated, well maintained, convenient location, great hosts. They even had a bag of ice in the freezer for us! Highly recommend.

Very Comfortable!

Beautifully appointed and decorated house. Lots of extras that are often not included in rentals. There is a beautiful vista down the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Sedona hiking trip

Awesome property. Just like home for us. It was great coming back to a cozy home after our daily hikes. Great location with many nice restaurants.

Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this property for so many reasons! The owners are very responsive and checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was as expected and if we had any questions. We even had fresh flowers to welcome us! The property is fantastic! Clean, spacious, has a beautiful private backyard with fire pit and grill. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/colanders/baking trays/muffin tins in case you want to cook on site and there is a nice set of plates, cups, glasses, silverware and even a knife set that not only match but are like new. There are even seasonings and a little pantry with things like coffee, plastic bags and a blender. So thoughtful to have little details like this especially when you arrive late in the evening. The home decor is lovely and furnished in southwestern style and the furniture (especially the beds) is very comfortable. The house is located in a nice residential area but is so conveniently located to everything Sedona has to offer. Thank you again James and Lorene! We will definitely recommend your house to others!

Sedona visit

Everything about this house was perfect. The location allows easy access to trails, hiking, and to shops (whether you’re walking or driving). We would definitely stay in West Sedona again, and stay away from the crazy traffic Uptown. The house itself was wonderful: plenty of space for four adults and it has a very well stocked kitchen — we made dinner every night and had all of the equipment we needed. The hosts checked in with us a couple of times and we always felt they were quick to respond if we had a question. The outdoor space at the house was also wonderful— for sitting in the sun and reading, or evening grilling. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!!!

Sedona hiking primo location

Our stay was great. The location of the property, the size of it and having two full bathrooms is fabulous. Only one comment about cleaning: none of the bathroom sinks looked like they had been cleaned, so we cleaned them ourselves. Otherwise the place was super clean. The hosts were great in giving many details about the area and the property. I'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood

Jim and Lorene’s place is like staying at home away from home. It had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked. The living area is very spacious. The beds are soft and we slept well. The neighborhood is quiet and dark. Table and chairs on the back patio was nice to have. Check in and out was easy and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The info book has a lot of great recommendations. It also explained when trash day is with request to put the trash can out at the road on Monday which I didn’t see until later in the week. Sorry,Jim and Lorene. I think that request gets missed because the can was full. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do! We would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful vacation

We enjoyed the location. Close to hiking, shopping, fishing, and resturants. The accomodations were clean and kitchen well stocked.

Ken & Jan's Vacation

We really enjoyd our month long vacation. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a beautiful area. Every morning I took a walk of at least 1-2 hours toward the big "red: mountain ag the top of the street. The house was very comfortable, is centrally located and has all of the accessories you need and is close to many great restaurants. l will definitely stay here agan on my next visit to Sedona. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Very comfortable, cozy home

We loved this cozy house during our stay. It was perfectly located, close to everything in town. The home is new and has everything you could need during your stay. There is even a trail you could walk to about 3/4 of a mile from the property. Sedona is a beautiful town with amazing red rock views everywhere, hundreds of miles of hiking trails and the vibes around some of the vortices are just amazing....filled with peace and tranquility. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Fun stay in Sedona!

Four of us stayed at this very convenietly located home. The decor was perfect and we had everything we needed - the hosts have planned well! We could walk to Safeway for groceries and neighborhood restaurants (Thai Spice, Sedonuts, Cafe Jose, etc). It was only a 12 minute walk to the Sedona Massage School, which was great after a day of hiking. Whether you are headed to a trail north, south or east it was easy to get to (other than traffic!). Very pleasant stay.

Mother/daughter getaway

It was the perfect location to stay…Jim and Lorene’s home is very nice and is in a quiet area of Sedona The house was more than adequate for the 2 of us and the yard was very private. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet serene stay One recommendation we thought of was perhaps a recycling bin - we took all our recycling into town and there is a recycling center within minutes of the home. We did drink bottled water (thank you for providing the bottles of water) It was recommended to us not to drink the tap water. Great stay - we would definitely come back

Huge home - newly remodeled

Beautiful setting, and the home much larger than we expected, the office was a very nice touch and made it easy to work without being disturbed. Everything was very clean and super comfy. Absolutely loved the fireplace! Thanks for being such attentive hosts.

Beautiful home with amazing views

The home is like new. The hosts were incredible from start to finish. Home is near several great trails. The neighborhood is quaint. We would choose this home again if visiting Sedona in the future.

Warm and Welcoming Home

Jim and Lorene's home rental is a wonderful place to stay in Sedona. They have just about everything you could want or need in the house. The location in West Sedona is perfect, in my opinion, with close access to trails as well as the "necessities" along 89A. There were two of us staying there, which worked very well as the bedrooms are located on each end of the house, creating some privacy, with the common space being in the middle. Thank you, Jim and Lorene!

Nice Place

Definitely a Premier Host. We cook most nights. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Clean, comfortable, good neighborhood and location. The fresh flowers and thoughtful amenities also a nice touch. All in all a solid place. Would visit again.

Great Sedona Property & Location

We had a great stay for a week at this property in West Sedona. The location is ideal to access multiple hiking trails on that side of town. The property is roomy and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside area with its fire table in the mornings & evenings. Host was most hospitable & ensured that we had a great stay. We definitely would book this property again.

West sedona area in my opinion is most convenient...ive stayed downtown and oak creek, ill be staying in west sedona from now own....i vrbo 2-3 times a year and this one was one of the cleanest ive been too....

WE OWNED THE SEDONA PROPERTY HAD A RENTAL HOME ON IT THAT WAS GETTING VERY OLD SO WE DECIDED TO DEMOLISH IT AND PUT IN A NEW HOME WHERE WE COULD RETIRE TO. LIVING IN SEDONA IS LIKE LOOKING A 3-D PICTURE EVERY TIME YOU WALK OUTSIDE. ITS JUST AN AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE OR VISIT.
