You can head straight to the beach with 3 PRIVATE beach accesses directly across the street or are steps from the HEATED pool and spa. Additionally you would have access to all Gulf Place amenities; including 2 additional pools, tennis, shuffleboard, walking trails, green spaces to play / picnic/ or enjoy local events and concerts. Want to cook at home? An updated kitchen is nicely appointed and grills are available just steps off the patio. Rather go out? Shops and Restaurants are only steps away and no need to drive once you arrive. This unit has been freshly upgraded with stainless appliances, new carpet and paint!

This ground floor end unit is unique and incredibly convenient!! Unlike upper floor units, you don't have to use stairs or an elevator to access the unit, carrying in your bags, groceries, beach toys, etc. The parking spaces are just a few steps to the door. You don't have to grill and carry your food upstairs or via an elevator to your kitchen! We are 20 feet from the grills, so you can just walk right in and serve! We are also the closest unit to the private beach access! You only need to walk across the street to get to the beach entrance, and another 100 yards to the water! Super easy to carry chairs, coolers, or to run back if you forgot something or need a restroom. Also, being an end unit, you get 3 sides with windows, as compared to inner units with only front and rear windows in the unit. The pool entrance is also super close - literally 3 units down to the pool entrance, so kids can walk right down the private sidewalk along the front of the building to get to the ONLY heated pool in Gulf Place. This unit is also completely upgraded, nicely furnished, clean, and TV's in every bedroom and in the living room. Entertainment includes a Wii system and games, NetFlix and CATV included, BluRay player, books, puzzles and board games provided. The door has a keypad with a six-digit code you can use for entry for your entire stay. No keys to worry about!
