Property is just as described and pictures are accurate. Had a great long weekend during the Sea Witch festival and John was more than helpful. Property is gorgeous and well maintained we will be back

We loved our stay at this house! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and one child. The rooftop balcony was awesome! It was such a convenient location on the beach and in town. The only odd thing was the downstairs bedroom has sheer curtains, so plan accordingly for whoever is staying in that room! My in-laws were staying down there and just changed in the bathroom.

This is a fantastic property for a joint family vacation with kids! The bunk room was perfect for the kiddos, while the two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom were ideal for the parents. Having a private bathroom and shower for every bedroom was a huge plus and made the stay incredibly convenient for everyone.The property was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for a multi-family getaway. The host, John, was also wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house for our two families with young children. Convenient and easy to get to the beach and everything in Dewey, and a nice walking distance to Rehoboth.

You can’t beat the location of this house if you have young kids. It’s located 3 houses back from the beach which is ideal with young kids. House itself is very well maintained and clean. House is also a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. Overall, great place to stay.

Quality place!

We loved our stay at this house. Location was great and John was more than attentive with communication. My group and I had a fantastic time and will be looking into booking again!

Great Location

Condo was just as advertised. Spacious facilities & responsive and helpful host. We would return to this condo next time we’re in the area.

Great Location

Overall, we had a great time. The house in located in a great location where it is quiet, but close enough to walk a few blocks away to the bars and restaurants.

Beautiful clean beach condo

Well maintained clean condo. Very close to the beach and plenty of places to eat and drink. Pet friendly and you would never know it was. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Family vacation

The condo was very comfortable for 6 adults and 1 child. Being close to the beach was definitely a plus. We also enjoyed sitting on the roof top deck in the evening.

Awesome beach location

The location of this house is absolutely perfect. You are a short walk to the beach (no roads to cross) and within walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and accommodated our family well!
