This unit is located in Pinnacle Port in the gated community of Carillon Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condominium can sleep up to 7 people and is located in the high rise building “A”. This unit has all the amenities of home and features spectacular views of the Gulf Coast.
The large kitchen with updated cabinetry, granite countertops, and updated appliances will provide ample space to prepare your family meals. You will find this unit is perfect for your family getaway! The living room has plenty of seating with flat screen TV, DVD player, and a queen size sofa sleeper.
The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV with updated private bathroom which features hower/tub combination. The guest bedroom will have 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. The guest bathroom is newly remodeled and is located in the hallway with walk-in shower.
Relax and enjoy the view of the lake from the living room or enjoy the beautiful sunset from the master bedroom balcony which also overlooks one of the onsite pools.
Other amenities of this unit include washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi. Pinnacle Port has 2 onsite pools, one which is heated in the winter, tennis courts, children's playground, shuffleboard, water sport rentals, docks and exercise room.
Parking passes are $30 each (max 2 per unit).
