First level townhouse design at the Pinnacle Port Resort Look Special Rates

Pinnacle Port Resort, is now charging an additional "Resort Fee"(approximately $35), per vehicle.

This unit is a townhouse design, first, and second floor, walkup, located at the Pinnacle Port Resort! This unit has the master bedroom, on the first level, with the master bath. The second level, is the sitting/dining/kitchen, (fully equipped kitchen), area. There is also a pull out (full size) sofa! As well on the second level, a full bathroom, the living area with a queen size sleeper, sofa in the living room.

This unit comes, fully equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, linens, and towels are provided, cable TV, and Free Wifi!

The Pinnacle Port Resort, features, 24 hour gated security, with 24 hour security guards on site. Two pools, one indoor/outdoor (heated year round), a second outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, marina, game room, sauna, and a fitness room.

This resort is well suited for families, and couples, it is children friendly with lots of activities in the vicinity.
This is a non smoking unit, pets are prohibited at this resort.

You will enjoy the expansive private beach, or lounging at the one of the two pools, after a game of tennis, or relaxing in the sauna. There is shopping, and dining, nearby, at the Carillon Beach shopping center, and excellent night time entertainment within minutes of the resort.

Great condo and great view

Sweet memories.. greay value

We love Pinnacle Port and have stayed in many different units over the past few decades. This condo has a different layout, but it worked exceptionally well for our family. It is small, but it offers 2 separate pull out couch areas and 2 full bathrooms. I didnt realize that we didn't have a gulf-front balcony, but the large picture windows sufficed. For the price, it was an incredible value. We enjoyed our time here!

Property management group was great and owner was helpful when needed!

Great experience, will look to rent again around New Years. Had small issue to start, but property management and owner were quick to help! 10 out of 10 recommend!

The unit was nice and was well kept. We had a problem with the microwave but that could have been OE. The vent hood didn't work but that wasn't a problem for us. Overall the unit fit our needs just fine.

Location perfect

The room needs a major cleaning. The floor was so sticky you stuck to it and the whole condo was dirty. Other than that it was great! I would recommend using a different cleaning company.

Too many steps

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Annual family vacation at Carillon Beach. Unit was very convenient to the family but had 14 steps between floors. As we are elderly, it was difficult. Beaches, pool and area are outstanding.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was very dated. Couches were very worn and uncomfortable. There was a very bad odor inside condo, smelled like it was an elderly home . We had to buy spray to make it better. TV’s were very small to try and watch. Staff were great and loved the location and grounds . Next time will look for a different unit but same rental company. Candy was super to work with .

Nice Vacation Spot for Couple or Small Family

Clean, well-maintained unit. Has a unique layout with Master BR and Bath are on ground floor with Kitchen, Breakfast Nook and Living Room on 2nd Floor. Just be ready to climb stairs, a lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a "not so great" experience with this rental company. The first night, we discovered that there were not any sheets for one of the pull out couches. I called the emergency number and was asked if we need the sheets that night. Being the nice personI am, I said that the following day would be fine. The lady at the answering service stated that they would bring them out. However, It wasn't until I called for a second timefollowing day that sheets were actually delivered. Also, we were not given enough bath towels....towels were bought with the sheets, Also, we had 2 TV'sthat were not working. The issue with one TV was fixed on Sunday. However, the 2nd TV was never corrected. A lady from Seagrove came out and tried to fix it and said the problem was, there was no cable remote. I was told a new remote would be brought out the next day. That did not happen, and frankly I didn't feel like dealing with the company anymore. I wanted to enjoy my vacation. While these were minimal complaints, it was my vacation and I wanted the amenities listed. With that said, Pinnacle Port is a WONDERFULresort. My complaint is with the management company, I requested that we be given a partial refund or a possible move to a different unit. My response was not replied to.

Just steps from the beach. Pool is nice. Unit is on first floor but one up from the ground level. Good size but dated.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property location is perfect and all of my kids had so much fun! The room could have used a little housekeeping (dirty dishes and bathroom) but overall we loved it and would stay again!

Perfect for a small family

The property was perfect for my husband, two daughters, and me. The TV wouldn’t work and it was difficult to get connected to the internet, but we aren’t there for that anyway! I’m sure if I would have contacted the manager, she would have fixed it but I was ok with not having TV. Overall a great place!

Great location old and dirty condo

The condo was very old and dated which I could have dealt with, however, it was so dirty and has not been properly cared for. I had to call the property manager several times. When we arrived the garbage can was filthy with no liner, the wall behind the garbage can was filthy. No soap in the bathrooms. The floors had not been mopped with soap in a very long time! I wiped a paper towel on the floor and it was black. The stovetop had stuck on burnt-on food. We pulled out the couch beds and there was hair, sand, and food. The blankets were old and very dirty. One blanket and vomit or semen all over it! And the shower and tub had mildew and the tub was so dirty you could not take a bath. The handrails were painted white but were brown from use and had obviously not been cleaned in years. I called and the woman was very abrupt and said that due to covid they had not been able to deep clean. She sent the cleaning crew back in who did the bare minimum. They swept the floor and sprayed cleaner in tubs. They did not clean the beds or the tub. The washer and dryer are so old it barely works. I had to call the property manager again as they took the blankets but brought no replacements. No apologies were given by the property manager she was abrupt and didn't really seem to care. I felt as though I was bothering her when I called. I will not be using this rental company again nor would I ever recommend this condo!

Beautiful views of the ocean!

This condo was very clean. It is on the first floor. The views of the ocean are stunning! The property managers were kind and went out of their way to help. I will stay here again!!
