With Mt Konocti, looming on the horizon, the apt. is a beautiful stay for all and is a lake lover dream, romantic retreat. It's a lake front, with communal deck to enjoy the sunset on the lake everyday!

"Stayed here for over a month for work. Comfortable and clean and lake is just outside. Check in was easy and able to communicate via text. All the basic amenities provided and groceries and walmart is a few miles away. Recommend this place

Such a quaint little place and definately reminded me of my childhood growing up there. It was just what I needed for a weekend get away. The host Maureen was wonderful and very helpful and the other residents were very nice. This place was perfect for the price. I had a boat and a truck and I was able to keep it on the property which was just what I needed. The property could use a presure washing but other then that, I really enjoyed it. I will be back for sure.

Right on the lake

Nothing fancy but cottage is right on the water, the neighbors are very friendly and helpful if any issues came up. Central location to all the sites and perfect price point for me. I will stay here again when staying in Lake County.

Nice little essentials place

Clean, quiet, a pretty sunsets on the lake. Exactly what was looking for. Prompt communication from Maureen and Ben.

The floor made noise as we walked in the house. The neighbors were remodeling so there were lots of noises all day.

Pleasant stay, needs some work.

Outside needs a lot of maintenance. Inside was clean but old and worn. Everything did work and was comfortable. Definitely would stay again. View of lake was great.

Outdated but good for a night

We just needed a place to sleep for the night and it was good for that. Outdated and need of some repairs and updating. The property manager was friendly and helpful.

Cottage by the lake

The place was old and in need of a paint job. The ceiling had a 3/4" crack that went from one end to the other. It was a raining weekend with a lot of wind and our joke was that the roof was going to fall in on us. All in all, not what we expected but we didn't pay a lot for it either and it gave us everything we needed.

It truly is an amazing place, by the lake with a wonderful view and amazing sunsets! Perfect to decompress, relax and go back recharged. Maureen is just a fantastic human being, amiable and truly willing to give the guests the best possible stay. We will go back as the area offers many possibilities to enjoy outdoors. Note: if you are an astrophotographer this is your place, the night sky is amazing!

The Property owner is a scam artist

Property is in a very sketchy neighborhood. had to take everything, including the boat batteries, and fishing nets out of the boat every night, because of all the tweaker's roaming the neighborhood, I would never bring a family to this location.

Pleasant, quiet, old, smelly.

Pleasant even though very old. We were unable to enjoy the deck because when it’s hot, as it was, algae on the lake smells strongly like steer manure.

Relaxing and quite place

Over all place was good. More bedroom and washrooms photos can be posted to give better idea to travelers. Bedroom was good and spacious. Lake view deck was wonderful, the only thing is that it can be more cleaned outside. People leaving in surrounding units were really nice and amiable. Since it was private deck so I arranged a nice bday table for my husband in lake view. :)

Father and son fishing trip

The price is right. Our stay was pleasant with no issues. Ron and Paul who live in the complex are super helpful and fun to talk to. Wendy was very responsive when we needed her assistance. 3 star rating due to the neighborhood not the property
