A hidden gem in Middletown CA. This was the perfect sized VRBO for 1 or 2 travellers with everything you need for a short stay. Clean, great location, several restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store very close by. A full kitchen and everything you need to make meals during your stay. If I ever come back to the area, this will be my choice!

Very cute cottage with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. Close to coffee shop and grocery store. Would definitely stay there again.

ADU is set back from street so is private and quiet, except for school/daycare noise from adjacent property during early to mid daytimes.Bathroom was missing face towel and washcloth. Notified owner of this.Fully equipped kitchen was well stocked, althoughI did not cook there.Good location - two blocks from Hardesters Grocery store. Very walkable neighborhood

Time to relax .

It was an enjoyable weekend away from noise. We felt recharged and enjoyed the comfort of the little cottage.

Cozy Cottage

I enjoyed my stay in Middletown. Space was cozy with a comfortable bed, and full kitchen and bath. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and Harbin Hot Springs. The host was very nice, and the rental process was easy.

Second Time in Middletown

Great stay once again at Middletown. The property was neat, clean and as advertised. Shannon Williams, the property manager was available and helpful.I would stay here again.Thank you for the great stay!

Great location near restaurants and babbling stream. Close to Cobb mountain and Lake County vineyards and wineries. It was clean and arrival went smoothly. I would definitely stay there again.

Middletown

Property was great, nice clean place. Location is not the best as there is not much to the town. The drive to wine country involves a tight mountain road that I was unaware of when booking.

Weekend trip to Clearlake

My wife and I came to town for the weekend. The homeowner was very easy to get along with and the property was perfect, especially since it was somewhat last minute. The property is perfect for two people. Any more, and you will be cramped a bit. The shower was really nice. Hot water very quick and water pressure was really nice. I will definitely look into this property each time I come back to Middletown.

Comfortable and affordable.

We’ve found this to be the best option for our family in the area. It’s clean, comfortable, affordable, and offers the flexibility of using both houses on the property—making it easy to create a quiet space for young kids to sleep while adults stay up talking and laughing into the evening. While the home is a little worn around the edges, everything is clean, thoughtfully arranged, and in working order, and the beds and linens are excellent. That said, you may want to bring your favorite pillow, as the ones provided are quite worn. The kitchen is listed as fully stocked, but we recommend bringing a few basics (like a good knife and cutting board) if you plan to cook. Thankfully, there's a market and a Grocery Outlet nearby if anything comes up. All in all, it's a charming, functional, and family-friendly spot that we return to again and again. We love it here.

Thank you for the feedback! I will get new pillows in there and make sure we have a good cutting board. We should have a full knife set but I'll check that too. Thanks again and we hope you will return!
