This easy to get to fishing bungalow on the water is ideal for those looking for a quiet retreat or easy access to the water. The bungalow is located in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of a lagoon leading into the south side of Clearlake. There is on-street parking large enough to fit a medium sized trailer near by. We are minutes from the local boat launch and downtown Clearlake.

Cozy place

We had an incredible stay at this place! The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The place was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities listed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay.

The house was comfortable and larger than I expected with a good-sized living room and dining area. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. We enjoyed the deck and firepit and watched the sun rise in the mornings and dusk settle in the evening. The owners responded quickly by phone and email. Parking is on the street and only steps from the house.

quick get away

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. 2 couples. Great deck on the water and dock for a boat. Caught a 12# catfish off the deck. All the basics and gas firepit and big indoor fireplace and big screen. Have Keurig and french press, and had a six pack of beer, Chardonnay, and smore makings upon our arrival. Will be back same time again next year.

Work in progress

The house was in a somewhat questionable area. It appeared to be a work in progress as there were several areas where work was still being done. A little disappointed in the overall home. It could have been cleaner and more updated. Didn’t like that there wasn’t a a separate deadbolt and/or slide lock on the front door separate from the code lock. It was comfortable and we enjoyed kayaking thru the marsh getting to the lake.

This 2 bedroom has all of the usual amenities: queen sized beds with memory foam mattresses, built in laundry, kitchen, living room with large screen TV and fire place and even an Air hockey table for your enjoyment. Cast off with your boat from below the on our private dock or fish off the large back deck that sits right over the water. Family members have been know to catch sizable Catfish or Bass directly from the house while relaxing with a book.
Full bathroom contains walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Kitchen includes Keurig, microwave, blender and lots of dishes
