The condo and condo complex was very well taken care if. It was right on the beach amd close to Flagler Avenue and some great restaurants we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location. Loved being close to the beach and a very nice pool. Clean room - perfect size for our family. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second year staying here and we have already reserved for next year!!Convenient location, close to everything, ocean view, we always love our stays in this condo!! Michelle is so kind and easy to work with! She is an awesome host!!

The condo was very clean and had anything you may need for cooking, going to the beach, or just sitting and relaxing. It was better than I anticipated and we are looking to book again. The beds and pillows were comfy, plenty of clean linens, and places to store all your belongings to make it feel more like home while you stay. Highly recommend!

Our stay in New Smyrna beach was fabulous! The location right on the beach is exactly what we were looking for and restaurants/shopping are a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this property and Michelle was amazing to work with!

Great place, great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The location and easy access to the beach was great. The condo was the perfect space for our family of four. We enjoyed our getaway and would love to book here again in the future.

Best stay!

We have stayed at a lot of places in NSB but this was our favorite thus far! Great communication, great place and the atmosphere is perfect. I can’t wait to book again!

Great place for a beach getaway

This property is the perfect size for a small group. The beach view and access were excellent and the condominium was clean and appeared to be well taken care of.

Sister weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Point East. The beach was amazing and the location was perfect. The condo is a bit dated but was very very clean. Michelle is quick to respond to any questions and left us a list of restaurants and places to go. We would definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable PRIME Location

The property was clean and comfortable. It was literally steps to the beach and the pool looks out over the beach. Very well maintained grounds! It was well worth the price.

Already planning our next trip!

We stayed 3 nights at Point East and were really happy with the location. Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age, but we were overall very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and how well stocked it was with anything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!
