Casa Sirena features 3 bedrooms each with a connected bath, off street parking, a private secluded pool, porches overlooking the bay with amazing endless views, wifi, smart tvs, and more.
Casa Sirena sleeps 8 in comfort and luxury. Below is a breakdown of the property.
Mermaid Master Suite - 1 King Bed with linens, attached bath with shower/tub combo and skylight.
Bungalow Breeze - 2 Twin Beds with designer linens, can be used as a king, attached bath with shower and full-size washer/dryer.
Camp Mermaid - 2 Queen Beds with linens, attached bath with shower. Private deck overlooking pool.
Kitchen/Living/Dining are open concept, all have spectacular views of the bay. Kitchen features a Keurig coffee machine, Stainless Steel refrigerator, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Jenn-Aire Ceramic Cooktop, Microwave, Counter-top Oven, and standing height bar with barstools. Dining room adjoins the bar area and can seat 4. The living room boasts coastal decor with a sofa, 3 chairs and smart tv.
Outside you will find a lush lawn, ample parking (2 covered), bbq pit, cabana, and a private pool (complete with a mosaic tile mermaid!) with a stunning view of the bay and passing boats and barges.
In front of Casa Sirena is one way street with jogging/bike trail that leads to the downtown shopping and restaurant area of Rockport.
Some of the best wade-fishing can be found directly in front of the house!

This home was the best choice for a week long vacation, it has so much space. We are a family of 6 and this house gave us a kitchen to come together cook and eat but also space for some to read on the balcony overlooking the water. Myself and my toddler spent most of our time in the pool and we loved that it is fenced with a gate for safety. The owner was extremely polite and was available for anything we needed. We will definitely book this house again!

The house was nice. We just didn't expect or realized everything was upstairs. We had to haul everything upstairs. That was not good with 105 degree weather. And it took awhile for the house to cool off. The fishing was good. The grass was really tall across from the house. Would be good to have it cleaned up nicer. We didn't like walking on all the broken up cement that was dumped there. But we made the best of it. We enjoyed the pool.

This was my 3rd stay in 5 years and it’s always a pleasure. The view is unbeatable, especially considering there’s a pool too. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is perfect. The sunrises are gorgeous.

The water view was mesmerizing and better than expected. The swimming pool was great - pretty and clean. The house was like a home with everything you needed. Quite comfortable. Convenient to everything. Yes, I would rent again.

Excellent place in Rockport on the waterfront

We loved the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was ideal and close to everything, shops, HEB, Sacred Heart for Mass. The pool and the balcony were our favorite spots. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking necessities. It was good to have foil, baggies, etc. The ladies in our group want this house for our next trip.

Rockport Vacation
Good house to stay at. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. We will be back again as this was our 2nd time to stay here. The view was great and it was very peaceful.

Perfect coastal getaway
We had a wonderful stay. Location, home layout and amenities were all great. Enjoyed the amazing view, fishing, pool and coastal breeze. We will be back.

Plenty of space with great views
Located on a quite 1 way street with private pool, enjoyed the location and views off of the porch. I would recommend this spot to a family as there is plenty of room with 3 beds and 3 baths.

This beach house is located on a quiet, one way street right on Aransas Bay. This location gave us incredible views of the sunrise over the bay. The deck was a great place to be for morning coffee and watching the sun rise. So peaceful. The pool, boasting a tile mermaid in the bottom of it, was immaculate. There were plenty of pool side chairs and chaise lounge chairs to seat many. Inside, the space was wonderful, and could accommodate many comfortably. The beds and even the sheets were so very comfortable, as were the pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pot and pans and utensils. While some areas could use a deep cleaning, overall this place was a good south Texas beach house rental. The host is a gem! She was quick to reply with any questions, concerns we had. Carroll is a top notch host! The Sirena (mermaid) theme was adorable throughout the home. Very cute!

My husband and I had driven by this property many times and truly loved the location and the fabulous view of the water in front of Aransas Bay. We purchased this house from an older couple who had built it from the ground up. She is well-built and homey. Along with our son, who has grown up vacationing in this house, we have enjoyed many days of happy contentment and entertaining. I'm, of course, a huge mermaid fan, and the name Casa Sirena (Mermaid House) is my homage to the sea. We hope you enjoy the salt water and breezes... and the little Mermaid pool!!!

Casa Sirena has the best views of Aransas Bay! Its porch is a great place to relax and unwind. The private pool (complete with a mermaid!) is a great addition to fun and enjoyment. The close proximity to downtown stores and restaurants is ideal. The one way street with walking/biking trail is great for exercise and enjoyment. The Rockport beach is a mile away, and the Port Aransas ferry is 30 minutes away.

Casa Sirena withstood the mighty forces of Hurricane Harvey. Our Community of Rockport took a beating. The home withstood moderate damage, but we have slowly built her back. It will take some time for the landscaping to return, so we do ask patience, sunshine and rain to make her that much more beautiful.
