Updated 7-20-25 We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort. In Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building, in the lot just south of the resort or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. During Special Events - We cannot guarantee a parking spot.
• Beach access from the north access road.

Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1
complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they
were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways... and
not a private balcony -- Please be aware
of the difference and ask before renting -- do not be disappointed !!

11th Floor Corner Studio (pictured) with King Size Bed &
Large Private Balcony. This condo is everyone's favorite.Its all about the view. 11th floor corner unit will make you
feel like you are hovering above the ocean. Many recent updates include:: new carpet, new leather love seat,
new mattresses, new table/chairs. This condo is updated and is one of the nicest
units in the building. You will enjoy the upscale furnishings and linens, you
will feel like you are right at home.

Oceanfront Private Balcony is 120 sq ft, you will start to
feel like you have another room to enjoy. Sofa, Chair, Dining Table and Chairs
affords Gorgeous Northern & Eastern views, Efficiency Kitchen and Million
Dollar View from private balcony with 2 chairs and a table so you can
comfortably enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise from your private
balcony. You will have a wonderful view
of the ocean or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy your view of the stars in
the night sky. Efficiency kitchen with everything you need to feel at home.

Resort has 2 Large Oceanfront Pools, Oceanside Recliners,

The room and location were great! The view and having the balcony was well worth the stay for us. Plus, the room was obviously cleaned well when we arrived. Keep in mind - the building as a whole is in pretty rough shape and needs to be re-done from hurricane damage. Also, the elevators are sketchy and need to be inspected and updated. However, most of that was transparent in the listing so that’s why I gave 3.5-4/5 stars.

Great stay

We really enjoyed the condo. The morning sunrise was beautiful. Would be even better with a working pool but we were aware of it not working when we booked.

2025 jeep beach

It was very clean and felt like home. The view was amazing. That was my favorite part of my stay! Amazing views And the staff at the hotel were very nice. They had plenty of towels for our stay. Wish the pools were in use but most places their pools aren’t working cause of the hurricanes. I give this property an A/5 stars Thank you :)

Labor Day Getaway

Nice location and view

The view was great. Ocean sounds were awesome. The room accommodations were sufficient. Unfortunately the resort is in need of repair due the hurricane late '22. Still enjoyed our stay

Daytona beach resort

Two men tried to get into our room at midnight when we were sleeping. The place is like a ghost town. We have stayed at dbr at least 10 times in previous years and it was great, will never stay there again unless there are some drastic changes. Safety is definitely an issue.

Not as great as advertised

We knew the pool and resort amenities would be closed. However, when we arrived we found water damage on part of the ceiling by the windows. The balcony was also blocked off which was not advertised. Other than that, the place was pretty decent. If you’re just looking for a cheap room on the beach this is the place to go. Definitely a little bit of a trashy resort, but not terrible for the price.

We loved staying here. Everything was really clean. The 3 pools, 2 outdoors & 1 indoor, were sparkling. Also has a kiddie pool with fountains. The only thing we were disappointed in & we were misled about is their indoor restaurant & bar. We were not told that it is only open for breakfast. If you wanted lunch or dinner or a drink you had to go to the outdoor Tiki bar. While we were there the temps were in the 90’s & too hot to sit outside to eat.

What a view

The condo was cute as it could be and just as described. But when we walked in all I could say was WOW!!!! The view is to die for. Ocean everywhere you look. I promptly booked it again for my husband and myself for next month. It has everything we needed. I just go for the beach so it didn’t matter about not having the pools (temporarily out of service because of last years hurricanes). As I said, I’m already going back!

Only thing good about our stay here was the ocean view!!! Which is Gods blessing!

Very falsely advertised!!! The smell of mildew was bad..had to go buy and spray Lysol. It was raining when we checked in at 3:30pm and the ceiling over the couch was dripping!! Put a towel down and moved the couch!! This condo was definitely false advertised!!! I feel we should be refunded at least half of our $300!!! It was like a condemned broken down hotel!!!

Balcony locked

I was informed after I booked that the balcony was locked. I tried to communicate with the owner but never received a follow up email. The listing stated the balconies on 7&8 were closed. This unit was on the 11th. Once I was made aware it would have been nice to been offered to cancel or refunded as the balcony was the main reason I booked this location. Very sad no solution could have been offered. Paying full price for half the appeal of the location is just wrong.

The condo was very nice and the view was awesome, but the building/complex is in disrepair and there was not enough parking.

Property was as described would like to come back when all amenities are open. The view from our corner condo was amazing. Wish we would of been able to open the door to our balcony just to hear the ocean but I understand they were working on them.

Dirty Bedding

The place was great you had a great view of the ocean. When we got there the room wasnt cleaned and it was way after 4 . House keeping let me put my stuff in there while i ran to the store . I noticed the comforter on the bed and the sheets . When i got back the sheets were changed but it was the same comforter and it had stains on it so i know it wasnt washed . No washer and dryer in room So i had to go to walmart and Get us a blanket other than that its a nice place All the beding should be changed after someone leaves

Vacation that could have been better

We have stayed at the location server all times but on this occasion was disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable but the listed facilities is were things went wrong. On arrival found the pools and patio unavailable due to damage from the two hurricanes in 2022. There was also repair works being done to area’s near the room preventing relaxing in the room during the day while this was going on. Would have been nice to know this prior to arrival. Also found there was no access to the laundry facilities as advertised. Add in the state of the elevators and having adjust our plans to make the best of what was available, our time could have been better.p
