Gorgeously furnished, covered pool, with additional family room that opens to the pool area....

Sitting minutes from the beach and downtown Dunedin, this home features a covered pool, heated to your comfort zone. Bedroom furniture is all brand new. Master with king bed, walk in closet, and master bath. First bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom has queen bed and a futon with a walk out to the pool. Additional bedrooms share a bathroom. The rest of the house is decorated with comfort in mind. No carpet in the house, hardwood and tile throughout.

Home is equipped with all the amenities, one would expect from a little piece of heaven near the beach!

Excellent Stay, Clean House, Awesome Pool, Great Location, Host is the best!

This is our second time staying at this property. The house has everything you need and then some, the pool is great, the house is clean and spacious, the location is close to Clearwater, Honeymoon Island, and much more.

Christmas stay

Wonderful house. Exactly as listed. The warm pool was so nice. Lots and lots of space. Location was central to everything we visited. Would definitely stay again.

Great host and beautiful home!

The host was by far one of the easiest to communicate with throughout the whole process. The home was clean, well furnished and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed staying at this house, particularly the heated salt water poor. It had the amenities we needed, and was generally very well maintained.

Beautiful home

The home was absolutely beautiful and the pool area was wonderful. We could not ask for a nicer warm pool and the kids loved swimming in it every day. I would highly recommend this property

Awesome time!

Went for a nice getaway and couldn’t have been happier! The pool was amazing and there was so much to do locally! Definitely recommend!

Great house, great location!

This house was very modern and clean. Great location near Tampa and beaches and the owner , Mike , was very accommodating. My family really enjoyed the nice sized swimming pool and we hope to return !

Such a great stay

Had a wonderful stay! Close to all the good stuff. Beds are comforatable and the house has lots of space. Pool is so great. Has a shallow part great for kids. House has a Pack N Play, pool toys, beach toys. You feel stocked the moment you walk in

Great get away

Family of 5 loved staying in this house. Mike answered any questions we had, it was clean and the kids loved spending every minute in the pool! Will definitely be back

Overall, a great experience. There were a few things that were unclean, silverware etc.

Would definitely book this property again, very comfortable, plenty of space, great location for us. Enjoyed the pool and appreciated the fact that the pool was cleaned and topped up while we were there.

Wonderful Stay

From the moment we walked in we knew we made the right decision..Plenty of room for all of us.Loved the design of the pool with the upper level and seat in the deep end. The house was within a few miles of everything we had planned to do We had everythingwe needed as far as kitchen items..Just left this am for Indiana and already planning another stay at the House of Relaxation..Many memories have been made this week..

Great time

Felt like home!

We loved this house!! We planned to do a couple days at the beach, but instead only did one and spent the other day at the home (per the kids’ request)! We loved watching movies together and swimming in the warm pool!

Love it!

2nd visit! This is a wonderful, spacious house in a great location. We loved the remodeling to the property, inside and out. We travel in May and the heated pool is a definite plus. Mike's a great host. Lovely home!

Beautiful house, perfect pool!

We loved everything about your house, from the size, the two living rooms were perfect, the pool was wonderful so warm and the neighborhood was so quiet, we will be back, went to book for next year but no openings, hopefully the following year, we go every March to watch the Phillies in Spring Training, thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us

Such a great place to relax!

The house was fantastic and very clean! It suited our needs perfectly, and the very nice pool was a great place to unwind at the end of the day, or to stay cool on a hot afternoon! Mike was a very helpful owner to rent from, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome... I highly recommend this rental, and I hope to return some day myself! J

Mike went above and beyond for us. If there were any issues we would message him and he'd get back to us within a few minutes. The house and pool were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Wedding/vacation

Upon entering the House of Relaxation, I was impressed with how clean and homey the house vibe was. The home was spacious enough for 8 people, plenty of seating for everyone and TVs. The pool was amazing, plenty of toys, and the screen was great for big free stay. Mike was very responsive to all our needs, we could not ask for a better host. We would definitely stay there again! The location was perfect. We were about 20-30 min to Clearwater beach and very close to the highways. We enjoyed my daughter’s wedding and time with family!♥️
