Your private Hamptons oasis awaits in this stylish, newly renovated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath with a home gym Village home that's just a 6 minute drive from Southampton's famous beaches, dining and shopping.
Savor your morning coffee on the deck amid the songbirds...
Spend afternoons at the beach, shopping the galleries and boutiques on Main Street, or just lounging by the large, heated saltwater pool in the lush, private yard.
Outside, you'll be living the Hamptons lifestyle with stately hedges, flowering hydrangeas, heated saltwater pool and inviting deck.
Inside you’ll enjoy the new sun filled kitchen with Bosch appliances and charming breakfast bar, open dining/living area, and finished lower level with yoga and fitness space, big screen media room, ping pong and powder room.
Guests have their choice of 5 bedrooms, including the luxurious primary suite with chandeliers and soaking tub; a first-floor ensuite with easy access to the kitchen and outside; a cozy second-floor ensuite that overlooks the front yard and spacious second-floor queen and twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom.
POOL
We have salt water heated pool. The Pool Access is limited to the seasonal dates of May 15th to September 15th. Pool will be closed on September 15. Pool heat will be provided at our cost to 82 degree between Memorial Day and Labor Day. while we do not offer pool heat at our cost, pool heat can be provided for an additional fee of $250 per day. We do not guarantee that the pool will be at your preferred temperature upon arrival. Additionally, the pool could take hours to reach your preferred temperature based on a number of climate factors. The same applies from Labor Day to September 15th, and after. The pool is serviced weekly.
