Blackbird Cottage is a perfect cottage for a couple or a group of up to four looking to relax on Seneca Lake.

Located on a quiet dead end street
This quaint cottage offers 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second bedroom with a Double bed. The bathroom has heated floors and a walk in shower.
You can cook in the fully outfitted kitchen, enjoy a meal at the dining table or sit in the living room and take in the lake view through the large window overlooking the patio and the lake.
The outdoor space has a great patio for dining, just outside the back door of the cottage, and enjoying the view of the lake below. The small cabana-style building down by the water is a great place to relax out of the heat of the sun. The cabana has a small beverage fridge, a seating area, heat/ac, and is the perfect spot to observe the water if you'd prefer to stay out of the weather. There is also a secondary deck attached to the cabana with outdoor seating areas and a firepit right on the shore that you can use for a cozy evening fire.
Whether visiting the area for our wonderful wineries, getaway, romantic weekend, or fishing our world-famous lake trout, you will love Blackbird Cottage on Seneca Lake!

*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.
**We ask that the primary renter be 25 years of age or older. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with this request
**No pets or animals allowed
**No parties allowed
**Smoking prohibited.
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No Exceptions. Only 4 guests allowed at any time.
**Parking for 2 vehicles only
**Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable
**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking
**DOCK USEAGE:
This home has a Permanent dock.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves. A boat hoist is not provided.
**Seasonal amenities: canoe and some outdoor furniture are available seasonally and are available for use from mid-May to October

We have lived in the heart of the Finger Lakes for many years and are in love with this beautiful region of NY. We love sharing the beauty of the lakes, woods and vineyards of the FLX with our guests and are excited for you to come and be our guest at one of our vacation rental homes. We can't wait for you to get the full FLX experience...enjoying the water on one of the lakes, sipping wines from the many fantastic wineries in the area, trying craft beers from the breweries, or sampling the amazing foods from the eateries. Blackbird Cottage is a great spot for a romantic getaway for just the two of you, or bring another couple along. The cottage is tucked into a small, fenced in yard and patio and has a lovely cabana overlooking the lake. The lake front/dock are for private guest use.
