This home is great! Right on the lake, comfortable, fully stocked with everything you'll need and genuinely kind hosts.We came at the perfect time (early October) - leaves changing, cool temp, and relatively quiet on the lake.It is conveniently located to wineries, hiking and the quaint towns of Geneva, Watkins Glen and Penn Yan.I highly recommend this home when you want the beauty and serenity of a home base while exploring the FLX area.A keeper!

Wonderful location- convenient to Penn Yan, Geneva, and Watkins Glen - and cozy, welcoming house. The lake is gorgeous, and not overly busy with boats. Spent a week there with two kids and our dog. Nancy was a delight and very responsive to communications. House was tidy and clean, has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and air conditioning. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was great and had everything we needed to relax and have fun. It was especially perfect for our trip with two kids — they had a great time and we felt very comfortable the entire stay.We especially loved the kayaks — they really made the experience even more special. Being able to get out on the water added so much to our trip and created some of our favorite moments.The space was clean, well-equipped, and made for an easy, enjoyable getaway. We would definitely come back!

The 3 night and price at off season seemed expensive but I am not familiar with the area. We were there to attend Syracuse University for my daughter’s graduation. But everything overall was terrific!Very peaceful and comfortable home. Thank you Christine

Thank you so much for staying with us and we loved having you! Congratulations to your daughter! May - October is actually our season here & the months that get booked pretty solid. That is the beauty of our area and the Seneca Lake Wine Trail who receive funds from the state & county to provide activities all through the year - which typically start with Valentine's Day and run through the Christmas Holiday. There is always something going on through the year - we hope you come back again so you can enjoy some of the festivals provided by our local businesses.

Many items such as coffee, spices, paper products, and shampoo were available so packing was easy. Host was accessible and responsive and came early one snowy morning to salt the walkway. The house was comfortable and relaxing. The view was perfect.

The properly was very well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. The sunrises were spectacular every morning and the lake was nice and clear for swimming in when calm. Check in and check out was easy and the host was very receptive to any questions we had.
