There are 2 great parks for hiking, basketball, tennis , pickle ball and dog parks. Troon Golf Course ( world class course) is just halfway down the hill.
Across the street are stores , a bank, gas station, convenience store 24/7, a Walgreen's and restaurants. All within walking distance.
The home is a 2 bedroom with an office, 2.5 bathrooms. Master bath has river rock shower floor for daily reflexology… zen experience . A very private, lush backyard w waterfall and small pool, new BBQ and fire pit
I was 5 star Super host at other networks. I leave my Crystal geodes and fine art , great music collection and provide my guests w healthy salads, flower arrangements and other surprises.
A realtor said there’s a healing grid in my home. I had it feng shui d. This home will provide comfort and a very warm, nurturing environment. It’s in a very quiet, safe neighborhood with security patrol at night,

I bought this property years ago before relocating from the Cleveland suburbs. I looked at so many homes on my trips out here. My sister and little nieces lived in Sedona so I was out here several times a year. Troon offers an extraordinary higher elevation landscape. When I walked through the front door of this home , with its soaring 18 ft ceilings, I knew I was home. I made a full offer to the seller within a half hour.
