The apartment is very comfortable. Despite its location on the Champs-Élysées, it was surprisingly quiet as it faces an internal courtyard. The location was perfect for me as I could walk to the museums and the opera. The host - and the person who checked me in - were both very responsive.

What an absolutely incredible stay! This place blew us away — spotlessly clean, wonderfully comfortable, and in the most convenient location imaginable, especially for shopping. You’re right in the middle of everything! And our host? Simply the best. They went above and beyond with fantastic recommendations for literally everything, which made our trip completely effortless and unforgettable. We can’t recommend this gem highly enough — book it, you won’t regret it!

Really could use a guide on using the washer dryer unit to make it easier especially on how to just start a dry only cycle to freshen up items vs a full washGood location with easy access to multiple metro lines to get around the city. We enjoyed our stay at the property nice bathroom

The apt was absolutely beautiful! It was spotless and fully equipt with anything and everything you could need. The AC worked well keeping our bedroom cool during the heatwave we experienced while visiting. Our host Nadia was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and gave us many thoughtful suggestions. The building was quiet and yet conveniently located right in the city. It was an easy walk to all the landmarks, as well as the metro. If you’re a basic American girl like myself, you’ll also love that there’s a Starbucks right in the building! We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend booking!!

The apartment was fabulous. We loved our stay and appreciated the great communication with Nadia. It was a perfect stay and we felt like Parisians more than tourists. The location was so quiet given the busy area outside the doors. The elevator was out of service more than it was working but we got out workout.

A beautiful and cozy home

Our stay at this home was wonderful. It’s convenient to everything in Paris, whether you want to walk or take the metro. It is very close to a metro stop. The apartment was well appointed with everything you need while away from home. Overall, the unit was cozy and comfortable and the terrace was lovely.

Comfortable, Modern, Cozy Apartment in the heart of Paris

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need: Stove, modern appliances and decor, Dishwasher, washing machine, private bathroom and shower, two full size beds (one is a sofa bed). The property manager was amazing. He helped us from start to finish and was available by text or phone call whenever we had any questions. The unit is on Champs Elysee— great location in the center of Paris. Beautiful luxury shops and restaurants are walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Paris.

This was a beautiful apartment! Well appointed with thoughtful items like olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and a few spices, coffee pods for the nespresso machibe and a bottle of wine and chocolate. We had umbrellas and a hair dryer with a diffuser. That was really appreciated. The location is superbly convenient as it is about equidistant between 2 stops on the Metro line 1(FDR and George V). A Monoprix is just around corner for your shopping needs.We took advantage of the washer/dryer.The little balcony overlooking the quiet courryard was a lovely place for an afternoon rest. My only struggle was fuguring out the oven- Lol! We ate in a couple nights to take full advantage of the beautiful kitchen. This stay did not disappoint! My own temporary slice of Paris heaven.Nadia, our hostess, was terrific. Explained the room, procedures, gave resto and patisserie recommendations and was always available.
