Waterfront condo with a short walking distance to beach! Has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Has boat slip, but trailer parking is not provided. Parking may be available at local boat ramps (Carolina Beach Wildlife landing...etc.). Sleeps 6 comfortably. Awesome views! Only 1 block to the beach. Two blocks to restaurants and the New Boardwalk at Carolina Beach. Bike, jet ski, and surfboard rentals. Restaurants, shops, amusement park, oceanfront, fishing. Sightseeing. Fort Fisher Aquarium. Ferry over to Southport for the day. Lots of shopping and entertainment at the Boardwalk! Full kitchen with basic cookware. Picnic table. Wifi and wireless TV.
Go fishing 🎣, moonlight cruises. One king bed, one twin, one queen. Covered parking. You will want to come back!

Great Place with an Even Better View

This property is clean and easy to access, and the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen/living area is a little small but was ample for the four of us; besides, who wants to be inside when you can sit on the deck or enjoy the dock?

Great

My first impression was how clean the condo was. Completely supplied with towels, and bathroom items. The location is great. We enjoyed evenings on the patio with beautiful sunsets. A block to the beach, directly to the public access. The boardwalk and restaurants are a ten minute walk, we never drove the entire week. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with, answering any questions I had. Definitely would stay there again.

Needs updsting

Decks repair safety issues. Needs to get new refrigerator with ice maker and needs to get tv service with instructions to watch live tv on major channels. Also needs small kitchen table.

Contaminated water at Carolina Beach

We spent money to be able to walk straight out the condo and fish, we learned from another tenant that the waterway was contaminated and had been for a few months. The condo was okay but needs updated- the owner did short cuts trying to bring condo up to date but it wasn't great. The neighbor has a dog that barked the whole time and there was construction next door that woke us up at 7am. Not the best experience on a planned fishing trip with my son. Wasted money for sure

Construction workers, woke us up at 7am and work until 5 or later. I do construction work and need a break from it. MAYBE NEXT TIME.

North Carolina Beach House

We loved the location of this townhome. Beautiful view of the bay from the deck. Beach is a short walk away. We didn’t use our car once we got to this home. We walked to shops and restaurants.

Great location

Location was perfect for walking to the beach and boardwalk. The view of the waterway with boats coming through was both entertaining and peaceful. We had everything we needed: linens, paper products, kitchen supplies. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall was because the parking spaces were extremely tight for our mini-van and sometimes other guests parked in non-authorized areas partially blocking our spot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the location. Thank you!

Great place!

We rented this property for a weekend college roommate reunion. It was the perfect location. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and views over the canal. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely come back here again!

Awesome View

Loved my stay here, It was a Awesome view of boats going by of all kinds. The condo was very nice and clean. The beach is right across the street, very short walk! We didn't have to drive to the Boardwalk, it was walking distance. Very pleased with our stay. Very nice neighbors Donna and Curtis. They were very helpful. The owners are very nice and helpful. Hope to stay again in the future.

Sunsets and smiles!

Condo is on the marina canal. Quiet and beautiful. Home was very clean. Extra towels, paper towels. Plenty of kitchen stuff! Very happy with proximity to Boardwalk area. Beach walk was literally two minutes. Will stay again!

Nice view from deck

Unit needs a lot of work! Old worn out furniture, floors were in serious need of structural work...wavy, soft in places, dirty worn out carpet. No theme. Mismatched towels, dishes. No theme. Good location for Dragon Boat Race though.
